Because we used our mobile phone for all the contact info, I was able to add the driver and info without any issues. I would use this service again but I'm not moving again for a long time.

Dawn SammonsIt was very difficult to access the keys. It took longer than 30 minutes, we had to download your app, which asked for a picture of my PASSPORT. That's ridiculous! Luckily one of our kids was home and was able to send us a picture of it. The link you sent in the email for pick up instructions did not work so I called your help line which said the wait time was over 40 minutes so I opted for a call back which took over 15 minutes and when I answered the call no one was there. Terrible experience

Thomas PierceThere is no full-time staff at this location. I had to call a number and wait in the cold until someone arrived. The location appeared to be unorganized and unkept. Upon returning the truck the agent did not know how to check the truck in and i had to wait until she was able to contact someone else. Totally an inconvenience. I would recommend and more professional location.

Yesterday after I returned the UHaul, I could not access the link that was sent to me via text to notify my having dropped off the truck. It would just sit there and load halfway and then stop. Sure hope I don't get charged the $20 for this. As for the location of pick up I have no complaints, great people with great service!

RONALD ARTSI called Sunshine Cleaning twice and they were very friendly, flexible and helpful. When I could not get through to Customer Service (was reaching my destination before the 10-20 minute hold time), I called Sunshine Cleaning. They were kind, empathetic, said they would check out the vehicle and reach back out this week. No one should be driving this truck under these conditions. I was planning to call Roadside Assistance, but after I called both locations and waited for Customer Service I had reached my destination. This was advertised as a Gentle-Ride, and while I'd expect bumps here and there, this was a pretty horrible drive. Hands down the worst experience I've had driving any moving truck.
