Prompt close out of an after hours truck return would be helpful to a customer in order to avoid having to call the U-Haul service desk to obtain the final completed renters receipt. It takes away from the efficiency of the online tools which streamlines the renting processes.

Return lot was very cluttered, very tight on space. I would not drop off after dark, didn't look safe. No assistance during business hours of the store.

I had to hook Uhaul up myself because there was no one there to help lift and hook the trailor. The location in the back of the store where the uhauls are kept was trashy..

Very difficult to unhitch and push trailer into a crowded muddy spot in the back of a gas station. No one around to check me out and was told they would email me the receipt when they got to it. I did get the Receipt several days later. There are many other, more convenient locations to drop off in this area. Don't know why I was told to use this particular crowded drop off location.

Make sure you review the contract. They somehow switched my drop off location to a location 30 mins away from where I originally reserved and they also charged me for insurance that I didn't agree to.

Your prices for mileage is too high kinda ridiculous when you add the amount of gas you need to spend to drive these trucks. You fix that I might consider renting again other than that I won't do it it ends up being too much.

Basically a dirt lot behind a convenience store. The self help app was easy to use.

I did not like checking out the truck by phone. It didn't give me an opportunity to confirm the gas level or mileage when I picked it up.

I have rented uhaul probably 40 times, worst experience yet.

While convenient to my location, this "store" resides within a gas station and is not "manned" with a U-haul representative. I had no way to complete the transaction and have evidence of the return. A completed bill did come later via email a few days later but I was operating upon faith they "accepted" my return.

I rented a car trailer...the staff at the location was excellent and very helpful. The overall condition of the trailer was not good --- the fender was bashed in, the ties downs for the front tire we all rusted and would not release as they should, in general, it need work.

Just provide a bit of customer service other than here is the trailer # parked in a sand lot and no help to lift the tongue to control the truck!! No pads that were ordered. No assistance with insuring the tail lights worked properly.

none of the phone numbers attached to the location were valid. I needed to make adjustments to my reservation and the regional/national phone worked but they could not help me. They also had an invalid phone number on file for that location. When I returned the trailer, nobody was there and there was a sign that just said "at bathroom break for next half hour"......i wasted a half hour waiting and then finally just left. equipment was fine. service and process was horrible.

The guy was super nice but again in a gas station and the guy didn't seem to know what to do. I gave him the uhaul keys and he said he'd handle the rest. Which he did, I got the final bill which is what I was expecting. He just seemed unsure and couldn't answer my questions.

When I picked up the trailer I didn't realize the tires were in very poor condition. I had reserved a trailer at the Rockledge dealer and they were unable to fill my order. They found another trailer at the dealer on Merritt Island. The tires are in poor condition. One of the tires shredded the next day and delayed us 2 to 3 hours. The representative named Doug did a very good job in finding us someone to fix the tire. However, I Missed my elevator reservation at the condo in Atlanta.

Maybe list the drop off location as the shell gas station and not the food mart because that ended up being confusing. When you look up the food mart on Google, it also says it is permanently closed.

owner should not be a dealer. truck was filthy, in poor condition. Yard was a mess. Handed us the key and said good by.

Rented the truck to drop off in PCB across the street from our home I was asked if I would take it to FortWalton beach and I did took it to the location as asked of me got to the location then I was asked to take it somewhere else and I did they did not want to except the truck and asked me to take it to the location that was shown on the contract I did not I told them I have already gone 2 hours out of my way and expressed my frustration about going back and forth and finally the young man said he had to contact his boss they we left

Horrific experience from beginning to end. Forced to hunt for location to drop off the truck as contract location refused to accept. Then charged for two days!!

Guy was very rude. Was an hour and 39 min late. We had to wait a long time. I would never get an uhaul from this place again

Drop off trailer, they said was checked in but refused to give receipt. 2 days later they had not check in my trailer. Called 800 number to solve. The checked in equipment for me. Learned my lesson the hard way.

Store manager was very rude, like I was bothering him to turn in a truck. He was very hard to understand. He brushed off my questions and turned and walked away while still talking to me. Not a nice person.

CLEAN YOUR VEHICLES! (ESPECIALLY WITH THIS VIRUS GOING AROUND). IT SMELLED LIKE FISH AND PEE. I COULD BARELY LEAVE OR ENTER THE LOCATION OF WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED DUE TO OTHER UHAUL VEHICLES BEING IN THE WAY. VEHILCES WERE NOT MAINTAINED AND WAS SHAKING THE WHOLE TIME DRIVING UNTIL A TIRE POPPED.

Please make sure the truck bed is clean. It was dirty when we picked it up and took 30mins to sweep out before I returned it. Also, the additional equipment we rented i.e. dollies and moving pads were not inside the truck. A trip back to the rental place to retrieve them was necessary. The truck could use a wheel alignment too. We picked this location because of the location and convenience. We did the online express check in but still had to go inside and wait for the salesperson to finish with their gas customers before we could get the keys.

The lady on the gas station was not helpful. The truck leaked rain all over my furniture.
