We've been a dealer for uhaul, we've rented uhauls for 30 years. This was the worst experience we've ever had and we need another truck in 2 weeks. Now i have to find another company because we'll never rent uhaul again!

Everything was all over the place . Service was unresponsive. I was t aware I had to check it back in on the website . I was just told to put the keys in drop box . It stated I still had the uhual nd I didn't … I was overly charged .

Ulylesses H.Have equipment that was ordered at the location when it is supposed to be. Wipe down all inside surfaces, we are still in a pandemic. Go over equipment and give a contract. Make sure there is not so much bird poop on the side view mirrors that you can't see out.
