The man at this location was nasty to me. The cargo van he had there was not the correct one that I rented online. When I complained, he said I was being rude and that he would not rent to me. "I am not U-Haul", so I have to complain to U-Haul is what he said. To me, he IS U-Haul because I got the truck from him! What a crabby man and not good for the U-Haul reputation! I'd NEVER rent from that location again-EVER! Plus, he made me park on a side street rather than in the lot. Plus, he had no restroom that he would let me use and sent me to the Subway nearby. Such a jerk! Never again!

The man at the counter was so rude to us and when he couldn’t find our reservation he threw my ID and my credit card back at me and told me i was wasting his time. He also could not clearly communicate to us that we had to check in online and do other things before getting the keys. Yelled that we cut it close to the end of our reservation. Will never go back.

The food mart did not allow me to park my car in the parking lot. I think that's really unfair. I had to go and find street parking to park my car although there were a lot of free parking spots in the lot of foodmart. Secondly, the u-haul van had a weird problem. It starts honking horn as soon as I press on the break. It was a really bad experience driving this particular van. I have driven u-haul vans preciously but this one was not good.

I would not rent from the location i got the truck from again this was my 2nd time renting from them. When dropping off the guy at the counter was very rude. We were told we could drop off the truck 30 mins past our drop off time because there was no other reservation for the size truck. He charged us for 2 days plus $30 for gas which should have been at least $15-20. Never again.

My credit card was dropped in the cab after we brought it back. I received a phone call almost immediately from the service person that he had the credit card. I'm so very grateful!

equipment was kind of clean - i found trash in the vehicle and a bottle full of something gross that I had to throw away. The worker who gave us the key was not kind to us and told us we were not able to park in the lot where we picked up the truck. If i am driving a moving truck somewhere I obviously have to get to the location somehow and will need to park my car somewhere so it was inconvenient to have to find a place to park the car I drove in.

Was a little upset the certain dolly we reserved was not at the pick up location. Luckily we were able to make do with one appliance dolly.

The clerk that I dealt with for the rental was particularly helpful, going so far as to provide the (apparently required) second person ID. And the numerous postponements and delays of the return of the van, caused by the friend for whose move I rented the vehicle, were handled very generously. (It is not clear to me whether that was done by that particular franchise or by your "central" local office). HOWEVER, I had a run-in and shouting match with a caller (who had a 917 area code number which I do not have a record of,), apparently the owner of this franchise, about the original delay in the return of the vehicle in which he called me a son-of-a-bitch and was completely out of control. This is the kind of thing "up with which I will not put" (quote from Winston Churchill) and I believe the man needs to be informed that there is a common expression that "The customer is always right" and that this kind of approach to a customer is totally out of line and unacceptable. If the requested vehicle is not available, make it explicitly clear and make sure the vehicle change works for the customer. I'd requested a truck and the van we were supplied with didn't work for our purposes. It was a completely wasted trip.

The agent in the morning for check in was wonderful. The agent in the evening for drop off was rude and told me that he couldn’t check me out even though the agent in the morning said they could. He then called me and after I said the experience was terrible he told me that he didn’t give a shit twice and told me he now was going to charge me whatever he wanted and then hung up. I will never rent from this location again and likely will be disputing the charge as I don’t like to be told that you don’t give a bleep about my business. This was the first time in a long time someone representing a company acted like this. Please call me at 6144043217 once you have talked to the rep. He called me from 6142619982 at 9:02pm 2/28/2019. Quick and easy rental that I scheduled last minute due to availability. Clerk was helpful and informative while being courteous. I would definitely rent a truck here again and recommend to friends.

The location was fine. The problem is that UHaul did not provide enough information ahead of time. I arrived at the location and was asked for an additional contact person and number. I was told I could give my husband or child's phone number, but I don't have either of those. I was told that without a backup person and number I could not rent the truck. I was then told that I couldn't leave my car in the lot, though eventually I was permitted to do this. The dolly and blankets I requested were not with the truck and I was told I would have to move them, though again the person running the store offered to help "because you're a lady." The site was convenient, and the person managing it was helpful, but UHaul really failed to provide appropriate customer service prior to the rental.
