The attendant did not know what she was doing. We had reserved for 2 dozen blankets and an appliance dolly and a regular one and none were at our pickup location. She then advised us that the original location where we were supposed to pickup the truck had the supplies. We drove 30 minutes only to be told that they did not have any of our supplies thus wasting an hour of our time on moving day.

Overall I had no problem with the U-Haul just had an issue cause the worker at this location who did the agreement didn't do her job right and it cause a delay when returning the truck. But once we called customer service he quickly fix the problem for us. So what you can do to improve is make sure the workers are knowledgeable and doing the job the right way.

the uhaul response was not good. the trailer i reserved was not available at the location as promised. I had to drive 50 miles to get a trailer. when I got to that location uhaul computer system was down which they had no backup for. I had to wait two hours before I could get the trailer. It was a very bad experience.

No one to help with dropping trailer. Space for drop was on a hill with no chocks to secure wheels, had to finds loose rocks to put behind wheels and use my truck jack to lift trailer from hitch. I have filed complaint with uhaul.

Once I was on the premises to pick up the U-Haul trailer. There was no one there that could help me the young man that was there was in training. Once someone got there she filled out all the information kept asking me the same information that was on the computer and she added things to my bill that I hadn't requested on my order. They added insurance and I added some other thing that I did not request. I was so frustrated and I didn't get a receipt. Looked at my banking account to find that I'd been charged $30 more then I should have. Once I got to the Brunswick location asked them for a receipt to see what I'd been charged for.

15 ft truck need maintenance it needs a wheel alignment a tuneup and a gas leak is present because you can smell the gas it's a leak somewhere

The located staff knew what they were doing, however, the truck was infested with roaches. We couldn't use it for obvious reasons. I drove the truck 4 miles and waited for the uhaul moving helpers never showed up so had to find new movers. Took a long time! I still got charged $56 for the roach infested truck which I do not think is reasonable. I'd like a refund.

This is a great trailer. Better placement for loading & unloading the trailers at the curb on the property. Noted (2) different tires on trailer although both rated the same, as the radial tire bulged more than the other and the wheel was extremely rusted. Also the chain for the hook on the loading gate on the right side was broken.

Person was not at the location at my preselected time. I had to wait nearly an hour for them to arrive. I requested moving blankets with my order, upon picking the truck up they informed me there were none. They didn't give me any advance notice or provide any assistance to track any down. This caused a already late delay to moving. I had to pay the movers (who showed up on time) an extra hour because of being late to checkin and having no blankets.

Go anywhere else to get your equipment!! This place is a motel/bar/gambling spot. They are more oncerned about the other aspects of the business than Uhaul. They lady didn't even know what she was doing and then kept saying the system was down and if she called to check my reservation it would be a 2 hour wait. So basically, they try to make you wait so you will gamble and drink.

This location said the trailer I dropped off 2 weeks ago was not there and was never dropped off. I called the local police to file a stolen Tralee report and the politics found the trailer in the parking lot. Worst experience of my life, more than 2 hours of my time wasted dealing with this incompetent horrible location.

I returned the truck and was charged for fuel despite having before and after pictures of the fuel gauge. When I asked for help the people at the location just shrugged their shoulders and said they could not help me. Also I reserved an appliance dolly but when I showed up I was told they don't rent those. Overall terrible experience

I had a reservation at 1 location for 8am. I showed up at 8am to get the truck and was informed that I needed to go to another location and pick my truck up. I call and spoke to the scheduling manager and she said my scheduled pick up time was 12:00pm. I have screen shots of the original reservation showing 8am. When I clicked on my new reservation it was showing 12:00pm. I did not change my reservation, Uhaul changed my time without my knowledge. The scheduling manager said that they overbooked and had to move someone. I had paying help ready at 8am to work. She stated she would have the Area Manager give me a call and I have not heard anything and it is 3 days after the incident occurred.

In this town, not much to choose from so I'd have not alternative but to recommend. I had to deal with the hotel counter employee who had hotel guests to wait on. I also had to go to multiple places to park the trailer and disconnect it myself. This is after looking around the parking area for chocks in order to do so.

This location is inside a cheesy motel. I did not feel safe inside during the check out and the little clerk, while very nice and helpful, was not equipped properly. Had to use her personal cell phone, did not have access to a working printer. Just a very unprofessional location.

This is an old run down hotel. The exterior of the location is unkept with overgrown grass/weeds all over. The interior of the location was not any better. It reminded me of an old diner, but it looks like something from the 70s. It smelled pretty badly. I did the mobile pick up but still had to go in and wait to get the key while a new employee of the hotel was having her documents collected. The employee who finally assisted me seemed unfamiliar with the process mobile pick up process. The equipment itself from this location was dirty inside. There was dried mud/dirt on the floor, the console looked like someone spilled a milk shake and there was a receipt from someone having taken the rental truck to the lake! The fuel level was not accurate and the pictures provided were from somewhere in a garage so I took my own pictures and used those.

From picking up to dropping off, this has been the best truck rental experience that I have ever had. The customer service was excellent and the truck was in phenomenal condition! Definitely use this location for your moving needs!

This was the worst experience possible. I checked in online because they said it would save time. We did it all again when I got there while the person stopped at least 20 times to give staff various orders and even took the phone away from one staff member added that person to the interruptions. Then the person who went out to help me hook up did not know how to do it and I ended up doing it myself. When I came back to return the trailer the boss took over and also did not seem to know how to do it.

No one helped attach the trailer. It was stored on a hill in the parking lot and my wife and I had to push it away from the curb up a slope to even be able to attach it.

Inexperienced person with double job duties as hotel clerk and U-Haul so I think this is where mix up happened. She said only charge was 100. That ended up being an extra charge.

Person at the desk could not have been more of a dud and had no clue about how to handle the return of the truck, told us someone in the back was handling and that we'd get a text or an email. We told her we needed some documentation of the return. She then went to get a man who told her what to do and a receipt email was generated…., which showed a charge of 26 cents to our credit card for being 0,6 of a mile over the limit. No mention was made of this during the transaction and since we had to drive around to find furniture dollies since the ones we reserved had been given to someone else…, it hardly seems fair to charge us even a penny! We returned the truck with more fuel than was in it when we picked it up…, based on the pics we took of the gas gauge but the guy said "it was close enough" indicating that what was in they system did not match the picture of the gauge that we took when we picked up the truck…, which refers back to an error made by the "General Manager" at the pick up location who did not enter the correct gas level in the system. Neither of the people we dealt with at this location were friendly or communicative and we felt like an inconvenience. Just glad to get out the door without any more issues!

The attendant was new on the job and didn't have the proper training. The manager took over and got me checked out in a few extra minutes. All in all things went well. The truck was very nice and easy to handle!!

Very seedy location. Hotel "guests" were hanging around the "lobby". I suspect the only customers this hotel sees are druggies. You should find another location.

I did the 24/7 pickup however the keys were not available. Luckily an employee was still there after hours to help however this resulted in some worry regarding how the return would be after hours so I rushed to be sure to return before closing in order to avoid any after hours issues. The lady who accepted my return was great and very accommodating.
