Located out of a convenience store in Kennedy Township. Not the cleanest vehicle I've ever been in, but excellent customer service. They totally saved the day when Uhaul pickup location somehow -- at the last minute and without a heads-up -- was moved halfway across town. Super nice, helpful staff.

I got charged $16 for fuel even though I filled it up to the exact marking of 5/8. Not a good experience. Uhaul inside seating was dirty and had trash still inside. The hatch and storage space for loading the equipment was dirty and had a dried up pop/juice spot where the customer I was moving for made me clean it before actually starting moving their stuff. I expect a refund or price adjustment for this horrid experience. Thank you.

Considering the abuse these vehicles take, the truck was clean. My only concern was the engine light was on. We were staying local and within 7 miles of each location, otherwise, this would have been a major concern. Employee at Super Mart was so nice and helpful!

Provide people who know how to assist your customers with checking in and perhaps who can at least fake caring if someone is having trouble or not knowledgeable about the U-Haul renting procedures.

The vehicle was not clean including spilled beverages in the cup holders which made it sticky..I checked in one but still had to checkin at the location..when I returned to the location they did not check the vehicle with me she just said she would go out later and take a pic of milage and fuel..so tell me what would happen if some damaged the vehicle ie..backing into it before she checked the vehicle..should I be responsible?? Over all not happy with the rental at all !!!

This location was horrible. They were extremely rude, called my elderly mother and said I was supposed to pick up truck at 9 am and they were going to give it away. I prepaid the entire rents in advance. So it was paid in full for the 5 days. It was extremely stressful as I was in an airplane flying in to pick up the truck for a one way move from pa to FL. I would never use this again.

The truck was absolutely filthy. The cab had spilled coffee everywhere and the steering wheel and seats were sticky and dirty. I wiped the entire cab down with lysol wipes prior to my move.

The drop off box was never shown to me when I pick up truck had to return keys in morning. Truck wasn't clean at all, cup holders gross. Crumbs on middle seat. Served our purpose but have used uhaul in the past never had a truck so dirty

The owner was very rude and disrespectful. He refused to answer my questions when I returned the truck early. I had used their service previously and had no issues. I was overcharged as well. Won't be going there again.

Clean cab better. Make sure all dents, scratches, breaks, etc. are marked so customers dont have to take tons of photographs documenting all damage not recorded.

They charged me more than it was mentioned in my booking. My per mile rate was different as given by Uhaul but the location charged different.

For this location i think they should have a uhaul worker instead of a store clerk doing the job of a cashier and a uhaul representative. The employees did a good job helping me but had other tasks to do before answering my questions like cashing people out for store goods so there was a small wait and some confusion for me. Otherwise a positive experience.

I was overcharged. The vehicle was on empty when I got it. I only went 5-6 miles. Put 2 gal gas in and still was charged $68. The vehicle was covered in snow and the storage door was frozen so I only used it 2 hrs. Had to go back the the place and they have us a cup of hot water to throw on the door. Never again

Whenever I got the truck to the house to load it I opened it up and saw the dirt inside I called and reported it to the location and they just said okay, when I returned the truck back I told them about the fact that it was dirty when I received it and the guy just laughed and said oh okay and then called customer service after I return the rental and they told me that they were going to get in contact with the district manager the district manager ended up calling me and then told me that he was going to drop the $20 clean-up fee which was never assessed to clean out the truck the guy at the store just didn't know how to charge for the rental of the appliance dolly so he put it as a clean-up fee so I never got any kind of compensation for the fact that the truck was nasty and disgusting from either the district manager, the store manager, or even the employee at the place I picked it up from!

requested location close to property which was 1 mile away but u-haul changed location less than 24 hrs before pick up. location was 10 miles further away. upon pick up was not given any instruction on usage. drove truck from Pittsburgh to Philly with trailer switch on and got poor millage. When dropped off that location told me the switch should have been off.

It's doubled up as a convenience store with a tiny parking lot, everything is cramped, the trucks are buried behind other cars and trucks and the employees are swamped with lotto ticket sales. It's just not the smoothest operation and I don't think I'll be using this location again.

This was the worst experience I ever had with U-Haul. I made a reservation for Saturday because that's the day I wanted to move.... U-Haul online system crashed while trying to express check in.... then I saw reservation was changed to a different location.....thinking I was at fault I called 800 number to speak to a person while on a chat request that nobody ever logged on with me on hold & on hold with chat over an hour..... when I did get to speak to s person I explained issue response was truck not at location I asked how is that possible I have a print out for time date location of Saturday & location was changed how would I know that if I just should up ther with paper....anyway to add insult to injury of poor service when I re booked reservation with person on phone & they said everything is set for Sunday... I go to location & everything was not... reservation not in system had to re book as a walk GOoDthing a truck was there... the store did a good job of recovering problem but this whole thing was very ugly ....,,.ohh I also thought when I called & the person made reservation for Sunday they gave me a discount on mileage 99 to 79 cents I thought that was nice even though I knew my mileage would probably be under 10 miles so that would have Been 2 dollar discount... when I got my walk in reservation she explained rates were cheaper on Sunday sooooooo I got nothing for my original problems just more problems.... I really would like to hear from someone on these issues.... the store wasn't the issue it was the U-Haul system... not sure what the 50 dollar guarantee was but I would think I am more than deserving of it.....
