This was less to do with the location and more to do with the mobile service overall, which was horrible. We spent 30 minutes on the phone with a representative and the directions were very unclear. We also were unable to locate a key drop off box upon drop off, which was very stressful. The location handled this well, but the mobile service made this a horrendous experience.

Thru no fault of the rental agent, I was delayed about an hour in getting my trailer due to system errors. Additionally, the trailer wiring harness was cut, so we lost more time while another tech spliced it together. Both gentlemen were extremely nice and caring, which did help alleviate my stress

the staff was very nice. The equipment, however, was terrible. When I returned home, everything in the trailer was soaking wet. I know it rained, but I never would have thought a u-haul rental would destroy everything in the trailer. The takeaway here is to sort you business out and don't hand out trailers that are less than perfect to your customers.

I was charged for insurance I didn’t need & when I asked to have it removed, the guy at the counter told me there was no way to remove the charge. This was after I made a reservation online & specifically asked for a smaller truck but was given a 26 foot truck to move less than 2 rooms of furniture. There was a significant difference in pricing & this created an unnecessary issue for me. Let me be clear, the reservation was made with someone at the 1 800 Go Uhaul number. This means that you guys dropped the ball twice.

1. I returned the vehicle a day early to the location UHaul directed me. The return site was very dirty; broken down cars and litter filled the parking lot. 2. When I entered the building an individual behind the desk said the person in charge "had left for five minutes" and I couldn't check the vehicle back in until they returned. 3. I waited ten minutes and the individual had not returned so I went back inside and asked what could be done. The person said they would take the mileage of the truck and fuel level (I actually filled the tank beyond the 7/8's pick up level) and they would tell the person "in charge" who would issue me an email with the final invoice. 4. When I received the invoice I was charged for the additional mileage which was supposed to be granted because UHaul had changed the pick up location. I have chosen not to follow up as the amount was not significant and my time is worth more than sitting with a UHaul representative on the phone. My local rental experiences with UHaul had always been positive. I will look for other alternatives in the future especially if a one way rental is involved.

When confirmed the reservation the night before I found the pick-up location had been changed. Called the 800 number and was told I had been sent a TEXT message instead of email as requested. This 2nd location is farther away which was disappointing. When we got to the 2nd location we were told the truck was at a 3rd location. Despite our agitation with the run around the UHaul dealer, Chris, was an absolute professional, apologizing both to me and another customer for the confusion. He explained the situation was due to the business changing locations and was very kind. In short, booking through the UHaul website turned into quite the ordeal and makes filing out your survey a challenge. The "Below Average" rating reflects how we booked one location, had to pay at another location, and pick up the van another 10 minutes away. It does not reflect Chris who, as stated earlier, was very nice to work with. Given all this I am not sure I will book UHaul again.

The van I used was brand new which I was not expecting-- it was very nice. I definitely recommend this location. I needed a uhaul with very little notice and the very nice gentleman had me on my way in no time and checking back in was no hassle at all either.

This location is not in the best neighborhood and staff was not professional. It was stated to me that I couldn't be helped until the guy that could help, "was done in the bathroom because he was taking a s***." I would not recommend this location!

The location is filthy. The “staff” was more interested in making sure they could hear the music outside. Everyone there were dressed like “thugs” and they couldn’t give me a copy of the contract and said I could take a picture of it with my phone.

Location is worn down. There is no U Haul sign, just a piece of notebook paper that says "U-Haul enter here." The people inside were nice but the curb appeal is very lacking. Also did not have a printer and my order confirmation was never emailed to me.

The place was very sketchy. mike, the only Uhaul worker just left in a car with some people and several other customers came and had to receive instructions for leaving their trailers from some individuals that were in not complete control of their faculties. There was zero U-Haul signage so without a couple of other U-haul trailers there, you had no way of knowing you were in the right location. Printer was broken so no receipt was given. Very uncomfortable

The pickup location was changed without any notification other than a confirmation of the date and time of pickup. The pick up location was the dirtiest office I have ever seen. Their printer wasn’t working so I had to take a picture of a computer screen for a receipt. Friendly man helping us but the most disgusting place ever. Won’t go back.

I was transferred to this location without notice, and the morning of pickup I had to drive an extra 30 minutes out to this location. I tried calling 6 times to let them know I'd be late and not answer. The truck was in terrible condition as far as cleanliness. It smelled like manure and there was debris everywhere, I had to clean it myself before use.

The employees were very helpful. They hooked everything up for me and made sure all the lights were working properly. When I brought the trailer back early, they credited me for the unused day. I was very pleased with the service.
