The only thing that gave it away as a U-Haul address was the two trucks in the parking lot. It was a restaurant and gas station. There was so much more you could have asked to improve your service. For instance, my rates were increased three times, each time I had to go back in and fill the same forms for the same rental. Very poor interaction with the customer left me feeling like I was conned. I've considered fighting it but decided to take the loss and never come back. Ryder was 1 000 % more professional end-to-end.

I could barely get the lock off. No hand truck as requested. Windshield filthy inside and out. Wipers worn out. Truck pulled to the right and the lock would not engage to secure door. I had to. All customer service to let them know.

Larry RThis place was very confusing. It was a service station and no way of knowing U Haul was there. There was a young man there that wasn't able to talk, but he assisted me with parking and returning the key in the orange box.
Ricky SYou need to put your trucks in a place that a person can process the application. I've used uhaul many times and this was by far the most complicated experience ever. I've done self checkout on main Street g.p. tx and it was simple and efficient. This time there at 201 Jefferson it was unbelievable and will not go there again

Representatives online did not provide adequate support, they said services were available when they were not, and canceled reservations that were still required. The poor service cost me over $120 for four Uber uses to not even be able to accomplish what I flew into Dallas from Alaska to do. I would never recommend your services and counsel anyone thinking about using them to find any other way than to use uHaul.
Kenneth GThe employee inside the facility was very disrespectful and claimed his system was down and didnt offer any other way to help me out. I was very stressed because i was in the middle of moving. I asked him if there were alternate options and he replied with "i dont know what to tell you. Call my manager or customer service for All i care." Luckily i was able to get the truck myself using the 24/7 pickup option online. As i walked out the door he replied with very rude comments. I wont be renting here again.

Eva CEverything seemed to run smoothly except when I picked it up from a William's chicken in the ghetto. It wasn't that bad but it worksheets hurt to give the employees in the gas station a schedule or Something.
