You need to put your trucks in a place that a person can process the application. I've used uhaul many times and this was by far the most complicated experience ever. I've done self checkout on main Street g.p. tx and it was simple and efficient. This time there at 201 Jefferson it was unbelievable and will not go there again

Shady locations. Dirty vehicles that were not well maintained. Overcharged for turning in less than 100 miles. Representatives online did not provide adequate support, they said services were available when they were not, and canceled reservations that were still required. The poor service cost me over $120 for four Uber uses to not even be able to accomplish what I flew into Dallas from Alaska to do. I would never recommend your services and counsel anyone thinking about using them to find any other way than to use uHaul.

The employee inside the facility was very disrespectful and claimed his system was down and didnt offer any other way to help me out. I was very stressed because i was in the middle of moving. I asked him if there were alternate options and he replied with "i dont know what to tell you. Call my manager or customer service for All i care." Luckily i was able to get the truck myself using the 24/7 pickup option online. As i walked out the door he replied with very rude comments. I wont be renting here again.

It did not look safe or a place I would trust to leave my car.

Better maintenance on truck. Truck needs an alignment. Prompt attention when assistance is needed. Return customer calls

Inside of truck was dirty and smelled like cigarettes bad!! The truck it self was great though

I was told a $100 hold would be put on my card but instead they it took the payment being that I was not trying to pay from my debit card I wanted to pay in the store

Everything seemed to run smoothly except when I picked it up from a William's chicken in the ghetto. It wasn't that bad but it worksheets hurt to give the employees in the gas station a schedule or Something.
