The u-haul system was down when I picked it up by the location worked out for me. The u-haul app didn’t work when I returned it. Took an Hour to get to a u-haul service rep. Again none of these issues where the location. The trailer did not have tongue jack... it was very difficult to get in-hooked as the trailer was very heavy.

Explain when renting the truck that you have to take pictures of mileage and gas .which is fine .. but having to create a log in and answer questions and take more pictures was a little ridiculous ... but overall great experience

I got charges $20 for being 15 minutes late returning the truck. I don't think that was fair because it was on a Satu8and the place was closed the next day and I was the last customer. I had to take the time to complete the online return list on top of that which was actually part of the 15 minutes late return.

I recently rented a auto transport from this location last Friday. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I was given a receipt for 68.00 but they charged my card over 300.00. They lied and said the transport was not returned, even though I returned it back the next day under cameras. I would like to hear from management Jeremy Brown or Chuck Newell.

This drop-off location is a bear to find, especially after dark. Even with a GPS it can be difficult to locate. It is an older run down car tune-up shop located on a side road right beside major road near bridge and docks area. Seeing other U-Haul trucks and trailers was main key this was the place. Has to be a more direct route than what a GPS takes you to get to this location. MapQuest, Google etc. make it appear obvious but on the ground many dead-end side roads, stacks of derelict boats, containers, abandoned cars and businesses make this location difficult to find.

My truck needed a front end alignment,its use a lot of gas it took almost a 100 dollar worth of gas to get to my location,and that wasn't good told me I pay a flat rates,didn't tell me how many miles I had ,to use so I went over,had to pay more,money,I was mot happy with that ,

Overall my experience renting a u-haul was great. I reserved the truck online which made the process a whole lot easier. Communicating with customer service was a breeze. They were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location and company to anybody!

The first truck we picked up had blood all in the back and we returned and got another truck. The second truck we got home and it had glass all in the back and my son cut his foot. Worst uhaul experience ever.

The guy there who totally unorganized, when we got there at 11:45 we knew we were going to have wait a few, he was with another customer. The truck she was trying to rent was stuck in the mud and he used another empty uhaul to try to pull it out. He finally started handling my paperwork and getting me ready to go in the truck I had reserved. I asked him to take the car dolly I had also reserved off so that we could load the truck then come back for the dolly. When I returned to pick up the car dolly he was less busy, came out helped us hook up the dolly to the uhaul truck. When my mom mentioned if the guy had checked the lights on the dolly he said he hadn’t had a chance too. When we checked them nothing was working. After 45 minutes of waiting for the guy to try to fix the no light issue he asked how much stuff we had loaded. That the truck was broken. We hired outside help and paid for them to help us move my stuff from the storage unit to the truck. The uhaul guy then backed up another truck to the back of the truck that had my stuff in it and we had to unload and reload the new working truck. When he went to update the contract he realized he had put us in the wrong uhaul from the get go and that we were officially in the truck I had signed a contract to rent. Then he hooked up the dolly didn’t properly explain how to hook up the car, he only told me I had to hook the strap to my front tires. He never mentioned the chains to hook the car up so we drove almost 800 miles incorrectly hooked up. I reserved and needed the 10 foot truck but there weren’t any so I had a 15footer and spent more gas then I needed to. When we got to the uhaul in Bradenton to return everything the lovely gentleman who was Helping us with the check in process let us know that the dolly that was registered to my contract and the dolly that we had been towing were different. The uhaul location in Bradenton was amazing and very helpful but after the stress of moving and driving that far plus the added extra hell from the guy in Florence Alabama I don’t know if I would ever use uhaul again. The whole situation put us back at least 7 hours on our drive and I spent a lot of money for a smooth trip back only to run into multiple problems

This was my first time renting a U-Haul on my own. The staff at Super Tune made this very easy for me. I had a death in the family and had to change my pick up and they were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely recommend them to any one needing a U-Haul!

Truck was easy to drive. Only issue was did not have air re-circulation (that we could find) and had to smell diesel fumes from semis for 2 days on the road.

I was charged $25 for a cleaning fee, the vehicle was not clean when I picked it up. I cleaned the windows and filled the windshield washer tank. Also, I returned the vehicle at 2pm Saturday, the shop was closed and was charged an additional day. This after driving through the hurricane in Houston. I don't mind paying additional charges, but these were petty.

Super Tune location was fine. BUT our uhaul experience was horrible. I made my reservation for one location and time a week in advance. 2 days later I get an email with a different pickup location and pickup time 4 hours later than my reservation. That location sent mearlier to uhaul traffic who made me a reservation 10 miles away. (Complete different city and out of my way). We arrive and there is no truck we reserved, but there is a 20 foot she was going to give us. However, while we were standing there someone reserved that truck online and they wouldn't let us have it. Instead, they sent us to a FORTH location to pick up, Super Tune. Super Tune was fine, but the whole process was rediculous and I'll never use uhaul again. I believe for all my trouble I should have gotten unlimited miles for all the miles I was on the road going between these locations to get a truck. There needs to be a better way of this reservation process. We were set back HOURS and miles trying to find a truck when we had a RESERVATION.

Poor lighting. Had to use flashlight to find drop slip. I left the 12 pads that I rented in a pile that was in the corner of the 5X8 trailer. The location actually charged me a clean up fee to fold up the pads!!!!!!!!

The man running the place was rude and inconsiderate. Laughing and making fun of me and my husband became couldn't find the place. Also there was construction going on all around the place we were scheduled to drop off.

Hire ppl. w/better ppl. skills & Also, it is a bad look on the Company U-HAUL when they have minor companies conducting business for them....closing 30mins -1hr early. I was really disappointed in the employee. As long as ppl conduct business in the manner....my business will go elsewhere.

If you rent a truck and it is for two days and you return it a day early and with additional gas in the tank, you should be credited money.

Ronnie, the attendant that was there when we picked up the trailer, was very rude and unhelpful. Full disclosure: I arrived 30 minutes later than I told him on the phone due to circumstances beyond my control. He made reference to this as soon as I arrived. No "Hello", no "thanks for doing business here", just rude all the way around. He did not cover ANY safety procedures. He also did not show us how to hook-up or unhook the trailer. (Fortunately I own trailers and know how to do this.) Maybe he was having a bad day, but not going over the basic procedures could endanger someone who doesn't know better. Also, the garage where you pay is cluttered and very dirty. No waiting area. Very bad experience. Would not use again or recommend. Worth the time to find a different location to pick up from.

Easy online reservation and check-in reduced the time required at the rental location. Friendly, knowledgeable person greeted me, finalized the rental agreement, and I was on my way in just a fee minutes. Would recommend U-Haul and this location.

I only had to drop off the truck after hours .I did not have personal contact with staff there . The only difficulty was not the fault of this dealer ; there was construction of a bridge going on ,that made it impossible to get into the dealer location without going over the very narrow bridge and then turning around and coming back over the narrow bridge to pull in to the dealer's lot .We had to call the U-Haul 1-800 # to ask a question about the drop off box , and the person was nice and helpful on the phone . We dropped off the keys-contract in the box and our move was complete ,and only 2.5 miles over the limit ,We paid the extra mileage fee back home at our local dealer . The drop off after hours feature is great , since I did not have to rush moving and try to get to the dealer before they closed .
