24/7 pickup is not customer friendly. Customer service waiting time is unexceptable. Kept getting cut off while being transferred to another operator. App sign in is confusing to get to lockbox. Ordered 3 pack of blankets that would be 18 blankets only 4 were on the truck and now way of correcting it so furniture may have gotten scratches. Drop off was not aney better. Would follow durecttions put in odometer reading and gas tool pictures and tried to continue it put me a loop back to the beginning. Had to call customer service wait exc. Spent all together 2 hours wasted on the phone . Explained about the blankets and still got charged. How do you think my experience was. Call me for details 2012594619John S.

Remote locations (not primary U-Haul centers) do not have any additional moving supplies like moving blankets, etc. That should be addressed.Bruce A.
I had a few issues with this reservation: 1. The pickup location was changed the night before. The initial location, Pullens Garage, was within walking distance for me and the change definitely made things more complicated. 2. Not all the equipment that I had reserved was ready; trolleys, etc. So I had to go to two other locations to pickup the items. 3. The truck had a word lock on it and it was locked, so I had to contact the previous renter to get the code, thus creating another delay.Joao P.

We went to three different locations to get the part we needed. NO ONE WOULD HELP MY HUSBAND!! WE JUST NEEDED A HARNESS. Ultimately we had to give up. We spent a half hour trying to get a refund. Never go here!!!! Ever!!!James P.

The personnel was great. They didn't charge me the 30 $surcharge for fuel and just topped the tank off. Can't protest that. Would be nice to have a Uhaul sign at the location as I drove right by it twice trying to find it.Joseph S.
The people there did not know how to use the Uhaul portal. After many attempts to set up our documents so that we could take the 10' truck, they decided to contact Uhaul directly for assistance. Normally not to big of an issue, however it took about half an hour to get our truck. I have made previous rentals at different locations and the process was much easier in other locations. So I think that the people there need better training on how to use the Uhaul portal.RONALD C.

My only negative feedback I rented the van on a Saturday and returned that weekend only to get a call on Tuesday asking me when I was going to return the van which concerned me. Never heard back from customer service again because I'm sure they found the rental exactly where it was parked.Elizabeth F.
The clerk was very friendly, we arrived 10 min before they open but he was there, opened the door and immediately processed my reservation. All done In less than 10 min. Time was vey important to me and fortunately we wasted NOTHING.Peter M.

I had booked a truck for a location two miles from my home. At the scheduled time (10:00 a.m.) I went to pick it up and they didn't have my truck. Apparently my pick-up location had been moved at 9:19 a.m. to Robbinsville which was an hour round trip. This was a frustrating change and even more so because I had hired moving help through Uhaul's website to start at 10:30 and didn't get back until 11:30 with the truck. I lost a full hour of paid time for them because of this location change. Also, I had requested pads for the furniture and there weren't any at the new location. Unfortunately my desk and dresser were both scratched (the desktop is fairly ruined) because I didn't have enough of my own blankets to cover the furniture. To be clear, this is the fault of Uhaul, NOT the fault of the Robbinsville location. The gentleman there was helpful and the facility was clean.Sherri H.

After breaking down while en route from CT to PA to move my daughter from her dorm-I was lucky enough to drive into the lot for Superior Automotive. Not only was the staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant, with respect to fixing my car-they set me up with a U-Haul rental to finish moving my daughter from PA to CT while they worked on my Subaru. Thanks to the staff at Superior Automotive renting me a cargo van, I was able to continue on with my moving plans without having to lose the day. The van was clean and in excellent running condition. In addition to this, the staff was very patient and explained in detail how the contract and fees worked so there were no surprises when returning the van. I would strongly recommend Superior Automotive for your U-Haul rental needs. I cannot say enough about the guys at Superior Automotive on Route 130 North in Robbinsville NJ as they took a very stressful, potentially disastrous situation and turned it into a pleasant experience.DOREEN V.

The truck interior storage space was dirty and the truck was loud and difficult to handleAL O.
I do not recommend this location, staff were late in opening, upon arrival staff did not have the rental-truck ready and set for delivery with my set appointment time. Initial contact with the employee did not know where to even begin to begin the process of delivering the truck (now keep in mind, running late and I have movers waiting for me by the hour), called another employee asking of his arrival time since he was late, upon late arrival same proceeded to process the paperwork which was very inconvenience and ended up paying extra for my movers. Very lazy staff with little concern to attention to detail. Funny and to think that I actually consider to have my vehicle service there...no way!Felix J.
I explained exactly what I teams it had to move and the uhaul rep recommended that I rent a 14' truck. Just to be safe I got the 17' truck. This truck was still not big enough and I had to leave stuff behind. I now have to borrow a friends SUV in order to move the rest of the stuff.MARK P.

This rental location was great however the reservation process needs to be improved. Despite making my reservation over 2 weeks in advance there was no way I was 100 % guaranteed the size truck I requested or pick up location. I was told I would be notified 24 hours in advance. As you can imagine this is very nerve wracking when moving. I got a call one week before my move that a smaller truck is a vailable for me 20 miles away from where I requested to pick up! This was totally unacceptable especially sonce i was paying by the mile. Finally after a few calls to the main uhaul number everything was taken care of and worked out fine. I just wished the booking process was a lot less stressful.ROSE M.

My experience with Neal from Superior Automotive was great, however my experience with U-Haul could have been better. I reserved a 20 ft. truck two weeks before my move date. Two days before my move, U-Haul called to tell me I could only get a 17 ft truck, thus I ended up having to make two trips in order to complete my move, thus doubling my mileage, which cost me an extra 100 $. I wasn't happy about that.SCOTT C.
The fact that the vehicle is returned with the same amount of gas as it had when picked up means you should drop the mileage charge. The rental fee, the environmental fee, and the DMV fee are more than sufficient ON TOP OF paying for gas.STEVEN A.

Please avoid the location. The person "Neal" is very opinionated, dishonest and not helpful at all. If you are a newbie with setting up tow dollies etc...do not go here.
