This location is simply where they store the trucks, the storage place itself is closed and a new company runs the uHaul rentals, but they are at a completely different location with a different name than what's listed on the rental info. After an hour trying to find the location, I had to then find out where the new business was, drive over to it, in order to get given the keys as they did not have it setup for self service. The truck was below empty, and dirty inside and out. It clearly needs front end work as well, as it violently shook at all highway speeds the entire time. I was charged for my rental, but then upon returning it early, it tried to charge me an additional 300 $+! Whole deal was a mess and a headache.Sonny B.

We showed up and there was no one working. We never received an email with proper instructions on how to access the truck it took us over 30 mins and 3 phone calls to get it. Than when we turned in the truck the fuel level so beyond low that we barely made it to a gas station and we bought blankets and pads for our move and they never gave them to us. No one did a walk through of the truck with us not even a walk through using the phone. This was a terrible experienceMICHAEL A.

The vehicle that I received was dirty special interior area, but outside was a little dirty which is justified due to the conditions that's around the vehicle and was not a major problem. I was glad that the vehicle was available and I am very grateful. I did have a hard time using the web app to check the vehicle in which was a total pain I waited on the phone for approximately 45 minutes and got frustrated and called the main location number to return the vehicle which was excellent.ALVIN D.
Mobile check in and out was very easy, quick and preferred. Vehicle was fine although drove a little strange, alignment seemed off. The outside and inside were just a bit dirty but still usable.Dustin B.
The site wasn't even ran by UHaul as a business. It was a private vendor with one trailer in a storage lot facility who was very disgruntled but helpful. Either make this a full site or push the products to a different siteTYLER S.

I went through the online process to pick up my reserved truck and after completing the process the website instructed me to go to the counter to pick up the keys. But it turns out that the business had moved their office to a different location so the doors were locked and there were no employees onsite but there was a sign on the door with a number to call for assistance. I had to call twice because my first call went unanswered. The person I spoke with told me the combination to the lock of the cargo door and that the keys were inside but I couldn't get the lock open with the combination that I was given so the person on the phone told me that he'd come over to help. He arrived after a few minutes and came over to assist me and it took him several minutes to get the lock open. When he finally got the lock open the keys were not in the cargo area so he had to go inside to search for they keys which took several more minutes. He was not wearing a mask the entire time interacting with me (I was wearing a mask the entire time) so I imagine this business has no concern for COVID safety measures for their customers.Darrell F.

Very rude at pick up. Then I left a message the following week- no phone call back. I called 1-800 --Uhaul and even the customer service rep couldn't get anyone to answer the phones. I have used UHaul for 25 years, and moved across country 5 times in their trucks. Not just this location, but the entire experience was horrible.heidi S.

Place additional rented equipment ie. Dollies etc in truck/at facilities where truck is being picked up. Or, provide detailed instructions on procedure for obtaining equipment prior to arrival to pick up truck and equipment.Paul O.
