The location was good and very good customer service. The truck had a horrible high pitch squeal once it got over 60 mph. It appearred to be a problem with the seal in the window. Never stopped on the highway and road with it for 4 hours. Not great.

We came to this location after our original Uhaul location was moved. We were quoted to pay $79 the day we picked the Uhaul up- which would be adjusted for mileage when we dropped it off. They tried to initially charge my card $160 and we told them no- because that's not what our quote was for. It was an in town move- literally less than 5 miles away from the Uhaul dealer- and we were renting a 20" truck. We have made that exact same move before - two times- and only paid $84-$86. Not only did we not have any of the dolly's we requested, Uhaul is also trying to claim that we drove 13 miles (which is accurate- it was a short, in town move) but used 9 gallons of gas. According to their own website, there is 40 gallons of gas in the tank of this 20" truck. Which means there's 10 gallons of gas in a quarter tank- and roughly 10 miles to each gallon. This means we used possibly a little over one gallon of gas. ALL information from their own website. They charged us $80 for the "10 gallons of gas" we used- and are refusing to refund it despite the proof that we have showing that we didn't use all of that gas. We picked the Uhaul up and there was hardly any gas even in it- but we didn't get the receipt with the fuel gauge on it showing how much gas was in it from the initial pickup until Saturday- which is 4 DAYS AFTER we picked this Uhaul up. It ended up being we were charged that initial $160 that they tried to charge our card with in the first place. We filed a complaint with Uhaul. Either they have a truck that's leaking gas or someone is being careless with their job. I fully believe that this Uhaul location knew they were going to charge us for "gas" this entire time. It's just awfully suspicious that the original charge- before we even took the Uhaul- and the final charge were the same thing- despite moving just 4 minutes away from where we used to. Overall- I will no longer be a uhaul customer in the future. I'm angry and out of a lot of money.

This location didn't really do anything wrong but my overall experience with uhaul has been horrible. After being sent to one location that didn't bother figuring out our truck we were sent to another and wasted our time again with no key in the lock and no one to help us. Ruined the only time we had available to do all of this. Took 2 hours to get a truck.

The pickup process was great. My only problem was being contacted days after returning the truck, saying I hadn't returned it yet. Apparently it was never checked in by the pickup location and uhaul thought I stole the truck. Everything was correct Ted after a few phone calls, but I didn't appreciate being accused.

Very displeased. Agent rented me a damaged vehicle for current rental price charges. Window on drivers side did not work and door did not seal correctly, causing cabin to be extremely loud. Despite the fact agent had a non-damaged like vehicle at property choose to rent me damaged one. I asked for some kind of a discount on return and agent ignored my request all together. And charged additional then original originally charged. Very displeased and have used uhaul on many occasions. Not again. The agent apparently felt my request to negotiate full price was beneath him. No respect given to customer. Bad business.

We rented the 26 foot truck and a appliance dolly. The truck has bald tires on it and caused us to keep it extra days until the snow melted . Tires kept sliding. Ended up not using dolly cause tires are sticking

Picked up the Uhaul. It was completely covered in snow with a giant pile in front of it. It wasn't easy to get it out of the spot. The inside of the cabin and truck itself were really dirty. Leaves, sticks, and clumps of dirt everywhere. Returned it with only using 33 miles, I was charged for 63. I called and discussed the issue. I had it on speaker so the whole family could hear it. The Rep at this location gave me attitude for even addressing it as if I shouldn't have the audacity to bring up being charged $30 more than I should have. I understand people can get a 6 and 9 mixed up it happens but when it's brought up there isn't any need for rude behavior. Convenient location doesn't make up for the dirty uhaul and attitude at all.

Check in was over one hour. When we returned the trailer it was also one hour. Then I received a phone call the next day asking why the trailer wasn't returned. I told the representative we returned it the day before. He didn't believe me. I had to give him a description and ethnicity of the person we returned the trailer to, he told me he would check with that person to see if we were telling the truth. I Do not recommend this location!

I opted out of the safe move insurance plan and it got added to my bill anyway. I didn't enjoy having to take pictures in an unfamiliar parking lot either after I had just moved a bunch of things however it was convenient to drop off after hours. I basically had to do all the administrative work on my end which as a customer I did not enjoy.

The place that I reserved the uhaul isn't the place I ended up renting it. I clearly told the person when I reserved the uhaul that I am not computer savvy. I'm a senior and I need to pick up the uhaul from a person. He told me that he would be there for me to pick it up. He wasn't!!!! I was on the phone with uhaul for over 1 hour trying to get the uhaul I reserved. I NEVER DID GET IT!!! I ended up going to another uhaul store. And they charged me for 10 more miles than I used. There for, I can't give a good review because nothing was good about it.

Location drop off was a hotel lobby, and the person I returned the trailer to was a hotel reception desk person. He wasn't readily available and looked through the window to see my rental return. There was no receipt of dropping off until later in the day.

I had to check in on the app even though that is not what I picked on my reservation and the app was extremely difficult to use. Even though I used the app I still had to pick up and drop off the key with an actual person. It took at least a half hour to pick up my truck and another 30 minutes to drop it off. Then the bill was substantially higher than it was supposed to be and there wasn't anything I could do about it. Next time I am going back to Penske

I reserved a 20' truck. I went to start truck and it was dead. They offered a 26' truck at the same price as the 20'. I returned the truck and they still charged me for a 26' truck. Bad experience!

No what's wrong with your trucks before you send them out, and have a little bit more knowledge of operating the trucks. Also I feel it was ridiculous to charge people if something goes wrong with the truck. That's wrong if the brakes go out and you don't get the insurance you are responsible is crazy to me.

It was kind of weird entering a hotel lobby to reserve a U-Haul truck. There was a sign at the front that indicated that U-Haul equipment rentals were available at this location. It just wasn't clearly evident that the hotel receptionist and the individual renting the equipment were the same person, at least not until I inquired at the desk. Maybe some signage would be helpful in providing some direction upon entering the lobby and letting customers know that they are, indeed, at the right place. The service was good, though.

DONT GIVE CUSTOMERS A PRICE TO PAY BEFORE RENTING THE UHAUL BUT THEN CHARGE THERE CARD MORE. THE PICK UP AND DROP OFF PROCESS NEEDS TO COMUNICATED WITH ALL STAFF BECUASE ONE STAFF MEMEBER GAVE ME ONE DIRECTION AND THEN WHEN I DID MY DROP OFF A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STAFF MEMEBER GAVE ME TH HARDEST TIME BECAUSE LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMEND THE LOCATION THAT I PICKED TO ANYONE

I was told no truck available until I called corporate then a truck became available. I got in truck coffee was all over cup holder and down center of vehicle, limiting anywhere to put my personal items. There was also a vape left in the truck.

Packed it up but could not gain access to storage, unpacked early next day and had it back before 11am. 9 miles total and less than 1 day, total bill $222, paid $111 initialy for 60 miles.

I rented a car trailer from this location, which was also a hotel. The parking lot was very congested and not easy to maneuver a trailer in. I got it all hooked up and as he was taking pictures of the hitch, I noticed a big gash out of the tire sidewall. It was all of the way to the cords. He asked if I wanted to change it. I said I will change trailers. It took forever to do the paperwork because he had to call someone to figure it out. I was on the lot for nearly an hour. Will not rent here again.

I ordered a dolly online and when I arrived the location told me there wasn't one available because people steal them/don't bring them back. If dollies aren't actually available they shouldn't be an option online. I wasn't charged for the dolly, but it made my move at least twice as long as anticipated because we had to move every box by hand.

They cheated on the price. I was given a $30 credit for fuel because the truck was almost empty. When I got the final bill, that changed to $9.50. Not good business.

Do not use this location unless you are able/prepared to pick up a uhaul trailer and load it yourself. Being a woman it's a little difficult and the man who works there refused to help.

Originally I was supposed to pick up my truck from a different site. While U-Haul sent an email it was not apparent that it was about a change of venue to pick up my truck. So I went to my original site and wasted my time trying to pick up my truck.
