We had to call 1-800-468-4285 and got busy signals or were on hold for 40-45 minutes and just hung up, trying to change the drop off location for a trailer we added to a 26' truck we had to pick up elsewhere. I think improvement is needed to improve that issue. Merci

My Reservation included an Appliance Dolly only to arrive and be told that there wasn't an appliance Dolly available. Had to drive to a separate location just to get an Appliance Dolly, then go back to the original pick up location to pick up the truck. This was an extreme inconvenience as well as a complete waste of my time. The “mileage calculations “ that are assigned by UHAUL do not factor in the drive (mileage) FROM the UHAUL pickup location TO the actual “START FROM†location, nor does it factor in the drive (MILEAGE) from the “END AT†location to the UHAUL drop off location. It only looks at the mileage of the MOVE FROM, and MOVE TO address. In doing this a person will absolutely go over the “ALLOTED MILEAGE “ allowed which allows UHAUL to overcharged a 0,4 Cent per mile overcharge fee, which is a complete rip- off! This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had with UHAUL and I will certainly be looking at other companies for my next move. I even received a text message prompting me to return the vehicle to a different location only to arrive and find out that was the wrong location. So that was an extra 5-6 miles wasted and that I was charged for!! Rip OFF!!

Eileen A.Arrived to the drop off site to find it was closed despite the hours online saying it should be open. Also specifically booked this location so that I could drop the truck off the night before it was due when I had someone to pick me up, however since the Truck Share option was removed from my reservation that was no longer available. So I had to make inconvenient arrangements to have someone be able to pick me up when I drop off the truck the next morning at the specified time. But as stated, showed up with truck to find location not open. Followed instructions for after hours drop-off, but for some reason it told me I needed to drop the truck off at the location where I picked it up, despite it being a one-way move. Once I was able to finally get a hold of someone at U-Haul, they were able to change it so that I could drop off using the after hours method at the correct location. Overall, a really poor experience that caused alot of inconvenience, and will certainly make me reconsider using U-Haul in the future.

John R.I was charged an extra 2 days when I did not have the truck and called to dispute and I've been waiting the 48 hours like they said they would call me back still nothing. No one explains anything correctly anymore
STEVEN R.Went there at 8 Pm because I thought that is where Uhaul storage was. That is what I was told. Then fine out they open at 9 Am and storage is 5 miles away. So go there and opened act (took 40 min) and got in and put in storage. Also find out must ins and must buy circle lock after I buy other. Why was I not told either when reserving at Uhaul. Then go back to Surface Prep to drop off and they are not open as sign says. Dropped off Truck and got charged after hour fee. You guys did credit. Now when I called and told story, Heard regional guy would call. I knew that was not true but I would get a credit for this Late Charge etc. But not call. I told that to driver who drove car over. That is fine but know that Uhaul does not want to talk to people when they have problems. Which is fine with me. I did go on Facebook and tell story, Got bunch of response.
Bob Z.When I arrived to pick up the truck, no one walked to the truck with me, all they did was hand me the key, they were nice but the company is very unprofessional. I rented the truck for 24 hours, they did not have a dolly for me to rent. When I returned the truck 22 hours later my phone would not allow me to go in the website and finish the return and I saw where they charged me for 4 days and I called about the over charge. I have photos of the mileage which was only 28 miles traveled, the gas was at the required amount as I received the truck. I called and told them they charged me $280.21, they said they refunded me $190 to my checking account but they put it in as a charge and now I am paying $470 for a 24 hour rental. This is wrong, very poor customer service. There was a lady in Orlando that I talked to and she was so very rude and unprofessional. I need to talk to someone that can help me out of this mess. That was a joke, when I finally got a hold of the owner & told him the issue, he said he would check it out & call me back. NEVER HAPPENED.

ricardo G.Truck was in terrible condition. I ordered a dolly, an appliance dolly, a utility cart and 6 dozen furniture protectors. None of the equipment was in my truck when I picked it up not was the equipment even available for my move. No one even attempted to contact me and tell me this information or offer a solution. This caused massive delays and resulted in me having to rent the truck for an additional 24 hours because the lack of the proper tools severely hampered my move. Extremely disappointing experience with this location and Uhaul in general.

Alberto V.The truck needs some serious work. The inside was an absolute mess. The inside of the cab had sand and debris. The door panel and front dash on the passenger side was coming apart. The back of the truck was not cleaned out prior to our use. The side of the truck on the passenger side was severely damaged. I would definitely not recommend this location for rental.

Luis Angel P.Prior to sending a car trailer that is going from Florida to New York it should have been inspected for safe tires. As a result of U-Hauls negligence we had a tire blow out on the car trailer. When the U-Haul Road side service company got to us they said they had to change all the tires because they were unsafe to travel on. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Alphonse M.The hose to the radiator came off the radiator while I was driving. The truck was overheating and I pulled over on the side of the main road. I lost all of the coolant to the truck. I called this location and they gave told me to call another number for roadside service and they gave me the wrong number. Once I got the correct number for roadside service I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I eventually unloaded my car from the trailer I was towing and drove my car to the nearest auto shop and bought 2 gallons of coolant for the uhaul truck. I reattached the hose to the radiator and put the coolant in. Made it to my destination without it overheating. Will NEVER rent from this location again!
