The owner was not friendly when trying to return the trailer. He used profane language and threatened to charge my Visa card for damages to his property that he claimed we did. He continued to be very unprofessional, even when I tried to deescalate the situation. He refused to return the trailer and called the police when I was standing there. I have never been treated as poorly as a customer in my entire life. I would not recommend doing business with this individual.

This is not to reflect negative service from this location but I did have to drive additional miles since this location had moved. Their new location had not been input into the system that would have shown this was going to be an additional 8 mile drive. If I would have known this I would have selected the other location near my destination.

The website sent me to the wrong pickup place. (Didn’t have trailers) The pickup place didn’t have the ball for the hitch I needed so I had to go to Lowe’s and get one and come back. And at the drop off location I was told the trailer was hooked up incorrectly. I was told I could take the trailer back to any U-Haul store i wanted. Once I got to my destination, I was refused by three different locations. They would not take the trailer. I drove around in a town I was unfamiliar with for an hour before I found a place that would accept it.

The lady said there was an update to the uhaul software, and it took her forever (15-20 min) whe. I had already done all the paperwork on the app. So maybe train the retailers better.

I was told if I turned it in on Saturday I would NOT be charged a second day! I was charged a second day. NOT HAPPY!!! I don’t like being lied to!

I requested a 5’X10’ open trailer without walk ramp at $19.95 per day instead I got 5’X9’ enclosed trailer with loading ramp. When I refused delivery they put me in an enclosed panel truck that cost me $45.61 plus a $12.00 gas fill up for a total of $57.61! U-haul’s inefficiency to customer request satisfaction ended up costing me an unnessary $37.66. My extended family and I have used U-haul quit often in the past but in the future it will be our last alternative. I feel that U-haul owes me $37.66.

Hard to find. The address in the system was wrong. The place was gated off. I was not sure where I could turn it in till I saw another U-Haul truck.

The only problem was when I pick up the tow dolly the tie down straps were damaged and I didn't see that. I drove home and saw this and returned the unit and was given a discount when I picked up the new unit. Everything else was great.
