Thomas BeeryFirst I got over charged by 20 dollars. Then I was told that I returned it late and got charged another 20 dollars. When called about the issue I was told I would receive a refund and never received a refund. I have called a few times and this still has not gotten taken care of . I am a loyal u-haul customer but after this I don't think I can use this service again and I will spread the word on social media about this as well.

donald wildsI did not have any issues with the uhaul pickup at Swansea parts co. However, I was supposed to pick up the truck at B&E Trucks LLC, 2018 Charleston Hwy, Cayce, SC 29033. I didn't receive a confirmation call the night before. I called the store with no answer and then spoke to 2 uhaul agents who checked my reservation and assured me there was a truck ready for me to pickup at the location at 8am. There was not a truck for me and I never received a call from the location informing me they did not have a truck.
Dan SchorrWas charge for extra mileage when I had to go a hr to get it and had to drive a hr back. When return the lot did not have space to turn truck around so we had to drive around the block which cause use to go over.

Ray WightmanI originally did an online order for another location. They gave my truck away. I was called an texted a new location. When I called to confirm they had no order for me. Another text came with another location. I called to confirm they also had an issue, but they were willing to try and help. When I got to the location the online pickup would not work. The man ended canceling the order and entered another like I just walked in. I will never use any part of the online system again. It was a very frustrating experience. I would definitely use the Swansea parts co location again. They were very helpful and that was much appreciated.

CHRIS RIPPInform employees NOT to respond, when asked a ? about the almost flat tire... "It's not my responsibility. Call 1-800-UHaul." Rude!!!! (after filling this tire with 40 lbs of air.) Steering and transmission in very poor condition...dangerous, in fact. We abandoned this truck, for safety reasons.

chris smithPlease have dogs behind counter and not accessible to customers especially if they have children with them. Everyone is not comfortable being around dogs. It was quit uncomfortable being in there with the dogs and you don't know their behavior. I just stayed calm and was very eager to get done and leave.
DeShun MackThe tow dolly that I used had a right tail light missing. If I had not been on a time crunch to leave and had to call ahead for this to even be available I would not have used this dolly. According to the employees at the Reno NV location this piece of equipment had to be taken out of circulation. It was very concerning that one location sent this equipment across the country with a missing tail light and the other wouldn't use it for anything going forward. I would like to be at least partially reimbursed for this given the risk involved in using this dolly.
jerremie knucklesOwner was rude said he couldn't rent me a truck didn't know how. Is have to wait.i ask how long he said he didn't know. Was very ugly. The truck would stay in reverse half of the time it would pop back into park or numtrel.
KELLI MULLENAXThe representative in the S.C. U-Haul location was rude and hung up on me today. I tried to explain to Mr. Archer that we reserved a tow dolly for one-way and the fee should have been $44,95 (plus tax) but we were charged $79.00. Our understanding is that we would be refunded the difference. This was a really bad experience and Mr. Archer was unprofessional for hanging up on a customer. We should be refunded. Ray DeelMy service with Uhal was completely horrible!!! Every single store gave me a different estimate on the same exact store. The conversations were recorded and I would like for someone to go back and listen to the immediately! I was over charged and I am furious! This was my first time with Uhal and I doubt I will ever use Uhal again or even recommend to my peers! I would appreciate it if someone would give me a call so that we could discuss the matter!

When making a reservation for the truck, it took forever to explain we wanted a 17 ft truck not a trailer. They were having printer problems but that was the only negative on pick up day.

Steve WilliamsWe were scheduled to pick up the vehicle originally in West Columbia. When we got to this location we were told we had been called and told it was transferred. We were told they called at 9AM the day prior, during which I was in a meeting. I received no call, additionally, the owner of this site was less than helpful. Fortunately the individual in Swansea was extremely kind.
KEN BEDENBAUGHI had reserved the equipment to pick up in downtown Columbia, SC. I had to drive 30 miles to this location to pick up the trailer. I am extremely unhappy with U Haul service.
