Diana HEveryone was very helpful and worked with us around our schedule. Equipment was easy to get loaded and unloaded. I needed to keep the equipment longer that I anticipated and they worked with us every step of the way.

My uhaul was blocked in- when calling the establishment the man told me to grab the chain and move the trailer myself or if I couldn't physically move it then lightly run into the back of it to move it forward enough for me to get out. There were several dash lights on and the tires needed to be tended to

DAVID DI have rented from leasing agent twice and she is great. Both times she was early to work and excellent to deal with. I drove further the second time just to rent from her rather than a closer dealer because i knew it would be a positive experience!!

Robert wThere is no easy way to get to the entrance. The equipment was not in an easy location to get to. There was nobody available to help with anything, just to check in.
Angela HWhen I went to pick up the truck and auto transport they were having a parade that day. So the people were in a rush to get me in and out I did not even get to look at the U Haul or the auto transport until after I signed the paperwork and went to get in it I noticed it there was a wreck on each side of the U-Haul truck. I mean that there was dents on both sides where the vehicle must have been hit or something.
Angela RAlthough not clean and inviting it was conveniently located in a very remote area. I had to personally remove the trailer from my tow hitch as I was not going to ask the friendly woman who checked me in as it appeared she was the only one working

Gabrielle BI swept out truck but was still charged $25 Cleaning fee. Last week when I rented same size truck no fee was charged I think I got ripped off this time.

DONALD RThe truck cargo area leaked water all over my stuff. I could of used my open trailer, but wanted to protect my things, because I seen the rain storm coming on the weather forecast. Also, the tires were bad on the truck. Flat spots on the tires made it seem like the wheels were square which made for a very uncomfortable 7 hour drive. Just wish someone would have inspected truck at this location.
CHRISTOPHER SThe office workers offer no assistance in hooking up or when returning a trailer. Trailers are inconveniently stored a far distance behind the building and down a steep hill. With the 6X12 tandem trailer, it's impossible for someone with a bad back or other mobility issues to handle alone.

David HUhaul confirmed my reservation to pick up at Sweats at 9AM on a Saturday because there were no trucks available where I initially had booked my reservation. So I had to drive 45 minutes each way to pick up the truck and when I got there at 9 to pick up the place was closed. I called Sweats number and they apologized but they didn't open till 10 but I had to wait an hour to get the truck. When I finally got the truck home to load it up there were no windshield wipers and the back of the truck was very dirty and dusty. It had obviously not been cleaned.
Joshua SI’ve rented the truck for about 5 to 6 hours and a cost at $150 that is ridiculous way over Prost will never rent from U-Haul again!!!!!!!

Eric HMake sure everything works on the vehicle.. Tire service light / msg. was on they said they couldn't turn it off.. roof of cab rattled and was very disturbing.. heater/ defroster switch stuck in one position..
