Fadi from Sweet Wheelz Auto is very nice and supportive. I didn't reserve a truck. I walked in for a pickup truck but I am not sure which truck I need. When I told him what I was looking for Fadi said a pickup truck doesn't fit my need. I should get a 15 feet truck. He had one but was reserved by someone. He called the customer and left a message for that if he still needed the truck. When waiting for the customer calling back, he searched other uhaul stores and found a pick up truck in a nearby store. And no nearby stores had a 15 feet truck. He reserved the pickup truck for me. I went to that uhaul store but confirmed a pickup truck is no good for me. At this time Fadi called me and said that customer didn't want the 15 feet truck anymore so I can have it. Without Fadi'help I would not have got a truck for my planned moving on Saturday. I very appreciate Fadi's help.

Would have appreciate if renter customer rep mention the complete procedure of off hours returns instead of just show drop the keys in drop box or at-least would have mentioned that please watch video before returning the keys. Secondly it will be much appreciative if more time is allowed between the photos. As when I came to return the truck it was raining heavily and I took pictures and then started the return form by the last or second last page it say please attach the more recent picture. It took me three or four time to go back in heavy rain and took pictures to make it recent. This is very annoying online process process. It will be much better to load all the pictures at once and then fill the form.
