When I went to pick up my vehicle, the key was not in the box and it delayed us by almost an hour. There was no dolly available to us either, though we had ordered one.

carlyle chambersIt took over 45 mins to sign the truck out using the app. Nightmare experience. Once signed out, it was fine. Return was fairly easy... however, the remote procedure needs to be improved. It's really cumbersome.

Because the agent at the location where I rented the truck helped me, I was able to start using the truck, I don't think I was able to start using the truck without it. I will tell everybody who will try to use U-haul not to use the app at all. Why do you request a person who guarantees users at the moment to rent? And it is NOT reasonable to have a guarantee on the spot! It is also not reasonable to be able to rent if the guarantee doesn't respond to the phone call at all! What happens if the person is busy at work or something!? It is ridiculous. The person was nice at the place where I rented, so I will recommend him, but no app at all.
Manami TsukazakiInstructions for pick up were not clear, truck was not in reasonable view. Truck was poorly maintained and boarded on dangerous. The location was ok, I won't rent with uhaul again if this is the type of equipment you allow people to spend money on and use.

Van was confirmed for 10:30pm pickup but when it was not available for mobile pickup Ended up spending 1 hour on phone etc and having to rent a different size truck from a much further away location. Very upset about this experience

Steive DavisThese individuals are absolutely incredible! They came to my rescue when I was in a tight spot. The trailer I had rented was delivered by someone from out of town, but unfortunately, it arrived with a broken connection. Without hesitation, they swiftly resolved the issue and got me back on the road. It's important to note that there wasn't a single trailer available within a 200-kilometer radius of my location.

Amr eidPaid for 2 dozen pads and got 14, didn't have the 2 wheeler and the 4 wheeler dollies I specifically reserved online, didn't fill it up to a quarter tank and I was charged 90$ for 20$ worth of gas. Absolutely ridiculous, awful service, will never rent from UHaul again.

James KwartengWe had issues with the truck. At one point, we were stopped at an intersection, and then the accelerator wouldn't worked. We had to turn off the truck and back on and then it worked again. Later, we had issues with the parking break release. The parking break would not release after multiple attempts. We waited about 15 minutes trying to get road side assistance from U-Haul and were directed to a voicemail after waiting 15 minutes. We tried to release the parking break again and it finally released. We are very disappointed with the experience and the reliability of the truck. There were also only 5 moving blankets in the truck when we had ordered 12. Finally, we had originally booked a one-way vehicle, but were told 2 days beforehand that truck was not available. We had to drive the truck back which was a major inconvenience for us. Overall very disappointed with our experience.

I was told they did not have any but Fabi made a call and later confirmed with me that they had them delivered to the store and they were in the vehicle when I picked it up. The mobile pick up was pretty easy as well!

ARTEM SHTATNOVThe mobile check in and return feature is great. We picked up the truck after hours and returned it early the next morning. The truck was right where it said it would be and the check in was simple. Even for a first timer like me. The truck was clean and ready to go!

Menard Carandangit took me almost half an hour to get help from the chat/customer service when trying to get the key for the truck. And I think I overfill the gas since I was so late due to the delay in getting the key and forgot to take picture of the fuel gauge. I refill it to half tank when returning the truck. The cargo area also not cleaned.

SETA BAGLAI don't think that the vehicle was particularly clean. It wasn't horrible or anything but there was a lot of dust on the dashboard :)
Shirleen PaulPick up was easy, location was open until 4 so they helped get me going. Any previous damage marked with x stickers. Drop off was easy, just make sure to login into the website and complete drop off with the instructions before dropping the key, as they need pictures.
