I was missing the equipment I paid to rent when I picked the truck up, 5 doz. Furniture pads and 2 dolly’s

Victoria JThe entire U-Haul smelled foul, thick grimy filth covered all of our boxes, furniture, mattresses. It literally smelled like feces and vomit. I realize it is not this locations fault but it was really unfortunate for all of our families items and belongings.
Nicolas MMake sure gas level is were it says it is. I used a vehicle that was supposedly on 5/6 of a tank but when I got in it was 1/8. So that’s where I left the gas on my drop off and was charged a extra $45.
Jamarcus RTha was an amazing experience for me. I am flabbergasted how easy that was. I must have told over 100 people the next day about my u-haul rental. Technology and U-haul, that shit works!
Kevin JIt's at an abandoned gas station an lock box not easy to use which is right by house with dogs that bark an try jump fence while your trying to open box. Checking in online was very hard with location on phone which need be set a certain way very confusing was not happy at all

lia hOld convenience store that's no longer open but still has inventory inside. Trash in the parking lot. Customer service associate I called for drop off knew almost nothing about how to report the location. I looked at the key drop box, even though I had a trailer, and the info was on there.
Linda OThere was no gas in the truck. I got charged it took me one hour to get assistance with the key lock. And the miles were not write and I still got charged. No person to check in with at the store for assistance.
Nakeya KThe staff wasn't helpful at all other than accepting the transport as it wasn't our initial drop off location. My daughter and I had to remove the vehicle from the transport by unhooking the belts from the tire. My daughter had to climb underneath in the front and back to disconnect the chains because the MEN there weren't able to figure it out.

Sergio CImprove the payment process. I was accused of keeping the truck for 3 days when in reality I had it for literally 24 hours. I'm still in dispute. I have a witness and pictures with time and date stamps proving my case. Moving is already stressful for a newly pregnant woman and this is a truly unnecessary addition to that stressful event, when it could have actually helped. Up until then, everything was divine! Truly unfortunate…
Arsma PMake sure that the previous renter actually cleaned up properly... It looked as it they had hauled pallets of grass that left behind a lot of dirt... We had to mop before we started our move...

Anthony GMake sure you're given the right location So your time can accounted for. I returned my rental on time and still got charged an extra day. Fuel returned to full and truck cleaned out. I talked to two reps that notated the account, so I won't get charged extra and still got charged $59.00.
Shamar MThe app would not allow me to self pickup. It took talking to 3 people over the phone to get the vehicle. Over an hour spent in the parking lot with no attendant. Very frustrating. I would never use this location again. Plus the dolly I reserved was not in the truck. I had to purchase a dolly from another location as they did not have rentals in stock.
