Personel very friendly , quick and helpful. I have rented multiple times to move my kids and never had regrets with UHaul.
Alain LTruck rentals need to be checked out BEFORE letting them go out on the road. Truck was very dirty outside and windshield needed to be cleaned before I could drive too far. As well, dealers should remind clients to double check fuel level and to answer incoming texts BEFORE leaving the lot, otherwise no recourse. This location marked the fuel incorrectly. I took a pic of the gas gauge and the dealer overrated the fuel in the tank. I took it for granted he marked it down correctly. I thought I was covered with taking pictures. Not really. Was only rectified by the first agent Jillian Jackson who was awesome and a quick response by a territorial manager who was very fair and took care of what he could at his end. Because of that, I am a regular returning customer. Now I know what to pay attention to, but I wonder how many are not.

DINO SI rented the Uhaul car transporter on April 11, 2024 at 11:17am. Received a call from Uhaul location April 12 at 5:23pm indicating I have not returned the transporter. I told the customer service representative I had returned the car transporter on the same day (April 11) at 6:20pm and if necessary I have a picture with time stamp. He assured that possibly the lot attendant forgot to finalize or close off the rental and there was no need to provide proof as there are cameras on site. Today I checked my credit card transactions and see another charge of $68,2 on April 14th at 10:11am. Why am I charged another day of rental? Additionally, the car transporter is unsafe and has a bent forward axle causing positive camber. Both the tires have bad camber wear and is showing cords. Please ask the attendant to service this car transporter (license plate CBY916). I can provide pictures if required.
Sammy LI did not get reimbursed for the extra gas I put into the truck. I am not satisfied with the policy of not reimbursing customers for paying for extra gas. I may not recommend or return for U-Haul services because of this.
Chiu LCustomer service was very mean to my movers. Also when I called to pay over phone, it was chaotic and many discussions happening at once. Will NEVER rent from U-Haul again.
Melissa MWill be sending in pictures to the Director of Transportation as well as a report for safety concerns. As well contacting betting bureau. Management is horrible and would never recommend UHaul again.

BRIAN MThis location didn't have a chain lock fence to figure out how to get into and the key drop off was easy. However, you need better instructions on where keys can be found as they are very different for each location.
Sophie H“Do not cheat”. I had to drive it one way and they had told me that it will cost me around $700 plus tax plus around $56 insurance and tit bits but then everything changed and they have me a contract of close to $1300 and said $700 ish was just an estimate.
Ajay CThe app is broken so I couldn't return the truck online. I dropped the key in the key box and received the receipt on the second day's morning. The out mileage on it was wrong (I took pictures when I got the truck), so I called UHaul to clarify it. But the staff refused to listen to what I was saying and told me "the out mileage can't be changed" and hung up the phone call directly. I paid extra money that I shouldn't pay and got such a rude and bad service. Never go to this location again.
Yongjia SEmployees answer the phone with, "hello" Trucks never have any fuel. You have to clean snow off your own truck. This is basically a self serve location aside from someone taking your Money
Markus lBilled me 300 for lost keys even though payed for insurance. Didn't offer the couple dollar more insurance so we had to pay. The location for pick up was muddy. Very muddy. System went down so had to go to this location a 40 minute drive from my house, as the location 3 minutes from my house wouldn't rent us one that went one way. You guys were awful
CHRIS HWe were treated well by the location but not by the U-Haul head office we were called and offered a deal for dropping off our unit at a different location. We were told we would get a flat rate which we agreed to and we even asked if this applied to our 7 day rental and they went and checked and said yes. We then asked again if we were getting a flat rate and no mileage and were told yes which we thought was awesome. When we picked up our unit we were told we only got 50 kms free and I asked to talk to the dispatch and they wouldn't do anything for us as we felt we should get a better deal than this given we were told the above. I asked to talk to a manager and was given a name and number which I called the next day and left a message as they were off that Monday. I never got a call back. Not impressed!
Robert HDude working there knows his shit and is very polite and helpful. Trailer has some dirt but not his fault. Increase your fees for cleaning so people will be more inclined to return them clean.

Assaad SYour website needs work - the amount of upselling is not just annoying, but it's confusing and makes the process of checking out really unclear. Website also did not make it clear that certain charges were applied per day rather than per rental. Just not customer friendly at all to go through the online checkout process!
Jillian DI really like to come to this location because they make everything so simple and easy. Customer service is extremely nice and tell you everything up front. I would definitely come here for Uhaul service down the road.
Thuy BI asked where is my U - Haul in the office and your teammate just sit on the desk and point at on of the U haul with out even stand up. I told him so many U - Haul outside. After asked three time still the same attitude.

FARMON SIf we return the vehicle with less gas than when we pickup, there is an extra charge. But if we return with more gas, we don't get a refund for extra fuel. Disgraceful and absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer.
Supratim BI have been renting from U-Haul for over 7. I really like that there is always a truck available but I dislike their refund option. If you pay with debit the refund should be within the same day, not 72 hours. The older gentleman answering the phone should get customers service training.

Qiao MI was unexpectedly charged approximately 35L for fuel and when I called to inquire on the matter I was given the excuse that because I drove (X) kilometers I had to purchase (X) amount of $dollars worth of fuel. I think I lost brain cells trying to understand the owners logic and reasoning for the charge. He was rude and unwilling to understand that I returned the vehicle with the exact same amount of gas that I had taken it with. (Pictures were sent to 1800UHAUL and money has been returned since then) I will never use this location again, they are crooks and I will do everything I can to let the people know to avoid them.

DRYDEN BIt was a heavy snow today, but nobody had cleaned or removed the snow from the parking lot and rental car. The staff were helpful on check in and out.

JOHN GThe trailer that you arrive to at this location is not very clean. There was hardly any room for more than 2 people to stand at this location. The gentleman at the desk hardly knew what my reservation was. We had to do every question over again that I filled out on line. The appliance dolly was left outdoors. The right wheel was frozen on the dolly. The truck had only 1/4 of tank of gas upon rental. Windshield was completely full of ice. The check engine light was on the truck. I had to fill up on gas before going to my old residence to load. In all my years of using u-haul this was by far my absolute worse experience.
Tyler GI hired a van which got glasses all over not much suitable for transportation I got a accident and damage the rear glass for which I paid a lot for compensation I got a bad experience

Ka WThe truck just stalled right after loaded up, and causing me missed the window I paid for moving-in to the new condo. Also the miscommunication between the road side assistant staff and the service center is awful. It simply took an hour to sent someone in.
