Rebecca HWhen doing the automatic pickup I wasn't given the lockbox number or a combination, the truck was almost out of gas when I picked it up, the back wreaked like it was last used to haul porta potties.

JACKSON GCome out when you give someone a truck… look it over with them. Show them how to put the windows down, change the heat, work the radio, the defroster etc. check the mileage. My mileage was only filled halfway not 3/4. The salesperson was nice but, I asked for extra mileage and went over by 22 and I'm being charged an extra $82. I'm NOT happy! Then when I dropped it off the guy wouldn't come out to check the truck and I didn't have to sign anything. Who does that?

brian fMake sure that before you rent a truck to some one that there are no mechanical issues. The truck I rented was a death trap on the main roads let alone the highway. It needed an alignment or some major mechanical work. It was extremely difficult to handle right from the beginning. Next time I will just go with Penske truck rental.

kelly rObviously the gas station is the priority. I was there over a half hour to pick up the truck and then it was stuck in the sand. Even the person working there couldn't get it out. I was then given a truck that had another 40,00 miles on it and didn't seem to run quite so smoothly.

No one needs that extra crap when they are trying to move. Would highly consider another service the next time I need a rental truck.

Annie KReservation made weeks in advance got canceled 30 mins after my scheduled pick up time. Ended up with a smaller vehicle with less miles in my contract, an hour and a half after scheduled. Was hours late for the move and couldn't fit everything I needed. Would not use uhaul 24/7 again.

Matthew CThe Wareham, MA pick up took some time but the man that helped was very friendly and took the time to make sure the pickup process was as smooth as it could be. They were not ready for me to pickup. It sounds as if U-Haul had over booked as there was another lady there that had been waiting for awhile for her pickup. The process was 3 star but the man helping was 5 star.
CARY HI was charged twice and I want my money back
Edwin EI was double charged for my uhaul and no one has tried to help me. The truck also had the worst suspension I have ever seen and all of my goods were slung around during the ride.
Gabriel BThe location and staff onsite were terrific. UHaul's online - mobile phone based automated pick-up system is simply AWFUL. It took me over an hour once I was onsite to leave with the truck and the rental was only completed because the onsite staff took over the process with the district manager. While the customer service rep on the phone did her best to be helpful, we never figured out what was wrong with my online reservation. The entire process was so frustrating - I will do my best to find another truck rental service for future rentals.
