When you do the 24/7 share app actually have people on support 24/7 I had so much trouble

Then half way through the day Recieves an email my reservation was canacelled. My drop off location spent 30min on with support figuring out what happened so I could drop it back off.

Bryan FagerstromThings that don't make sense to me: I had to call for roadside assistance when a tire blew. Rather than send the auto shop I was returning the truck to, you sent a different service provider (yes he's set to do service work for uhaul) not a good way to take care of your business partners

Logan RempertIt would have been nice if it was ready for me and they would have checked it out prior. The truck was full of snow and ice. I could not open the back door. I had to get help from a very nice man. There was an inch of ice over the rubber lip of the door.
