robert blantonStaff was very kind and helpful. The equipment was not the best. We were warned in advanced that it had some mechanical issues which were fine, but the back of the truck was very dirty and stained several of our items. We didn't realize how dirty it was until we unloaded, also, I'm not sure if it said on the website but I was not aware this was not a full service U-Haul location.
Suzanne ConstantineThis location was not a problem at all…very delightful to work with! It was the location on Campbell Lane that refused to take the U-Haul back. I had asked after booking if we could return the U-Haul to the Campbell Lane location since it was a whole lot closer to where my daughter was moving and was told by two U-Haul personnel (one worked in "traffic") that would be fine. Campbell Lane refused to take it back and we had to drive all the way to the pick up location to take it back. We found out later Campbell Lane could have transferred it but chose not to creating more stress and work for us!

James WilliamsI returned truck with the same amont of gas as i received and was still charged for gas. The smell in the cab was horrible. I did appreciate the upgrade of truck due to truck i was suppose to get not being returned on time.

Derrick WashCustomer service was excellent. Was in and out quick and they even upgraded my truck at no extra charge. The only thing that I was concerned about was the passenger side wherever you are was broken and it obstructed The view some. Other than that everything went great.

DONALD LIGHTFOOTWe agreed to tow a trailer to our final destination through the equipment distribution program and the trailer wasn't hooked up to the truck upon arrival. We had to hook the trailer to the truck ourselves at the pickup site. The original truck had an electrical issue with the electrical connectors for trailer towing, so we had to unload the trailer and connect to an alternate truck. We were overcharged for gas at the drop off site bc the original truck and alternate truck had differing levels of fuel and the contract was never updated before we departed the pickup site. It was all very frustrating to say the very least for doing Uhaul a service through the equipment distribution program and we still didn't receive our agreed upon credit for towing the trailer to the final destination.
Darrell JeffriesThe gentleman that checked me out was nice and professional. Drop off location for UHaul was a TShirt print company in a poorly maintained building. UHaul is only a side business for the owners and it showed. I would hold my brand to a little higher standard than what some of these side hustle businesses are presenting for UHaul. Definitely would not rent from this place in the future.

Joshua MitchellIt took an hour to rent an appliance dolly, website failed again to work properly after all of the time they had to call support to reserve the item. It was a Frustrating experience when I could have been packing.

eliza gainesEmployee was not very knowledgeable about intake or setup. I had to question his placement of the chains and he made it difficult to return it because there wasn't enough space. This location is difficult to pick up and return because it is packed with trucks. This does see to be the norm when it comes to renting from Uhaul though

Joanna WareOriginal reservation was for a pick-up on Pearl St in Bowling Green. Upon arrival there was no one available and no way to get a key to the truck. Thus, after several phone calls, the pick-up location was altered. This resulted in our moving experience incurring an extra 2 hours of delay and aggravation. The Pearl St location person was apparently on vacation and made no arrangements for alternate service - very poor management and worse experience for Uhaul customers.

Amber WalmerThe truck was dirty and smelled of marijauna(pot) so bad I had to drive with the windows down. I was told it was full of gas and it showed it was for a few minutes but by the time I'd drove 5 miles I had to put $53 worth of gas in it to fill it up and the clerk said drop it off with what was in it and I did but still got charged $107 to fill it up . From now on I'll use enterprise or Penske. Bad experience all around.

Jim BottsCommunication. I went around in circles and found out information myself that they never told me and I wouldn't have known if I didn't call them so much to check in about the rental. Also, U-Haul needs to start knowing the store hours of the location they rent with.
