This was by far our worst moving experience ever. I only selected one star because I had to. As if moving isn't stressful enough we had to drive 100 miles round trip to pick the U-Haul up from a different location than we reserved. The person running that place had not left the keys in the U-Haul for it mobile pickup so we had to wait an additional 25 minutes for him to get there. 30 minutes after picking it up they called to say we would have to drive another 100 miles to drop it off. Again at a different location than previously reserved. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.
Carri LVery friendly, easy pick up
Lynn VIt was in the middle of no where in a random field . They person in charge was not there and the location doesn't open until 430 pm Which is very inconvenient. The guy was kind and professional but the location and set up itself is not ideal My initial pick up was suppose to be in Abilene . I made the reservation 1/24 and two days before my reservation i was contacted by you all that a vehicle I reserved will not be available! The girl I spoke with said there is only 48 hrs ahead reservation… they your systems for reserving should state that or not allow you to reserve ahead! It made things for us and I'm sure others stressful and irate! Then told we have to travel ourselves to pick up the closest one that was located at wingate 35 miles away one way in the middle of no man's land. To say the least , this experience was stressful, time consuming, and very unorganized! The truck was fine, the customer service reps were fine, uhaul as a company …. Absurd!!

Miranda BTruck was returned in the same state it was picked-up except the back had been swept out and ensured that nothing was left inside and all trash had been removed from the cab. No one riding inside of the truck smoked yet the cab still smelled of cigarettes' as it did when it was picked-up. No one inspected truck with my sister who returned if for me and questioned any of the preexisting damage to the truck (chipped windshield, passenger side bumper bent, bent driver side skirt and cracked grill), instead I get a statement showing that it was inspected 2 days after return stating that there was $1 700 worth of damage and a $125 cleaning fee.
