Told me to wait to return until all the people left his store which was over 7 before he would come out to help me. I wanted more than 30 mins before I asked in to come in I had my kids and could not wait that long.

Michael A.Youre customer service on a corporate level is atrocious. You had us drive to tampa from hudson only to be told that there was no uhual. Then to spring hill saying that location had a truck we could use and said you had booked it. It was not there the owner knew nothing about it and it was never booked. After a third time we when to brooksville and finally got a truck. After wasting hours and gas driving around the tampa bay area you have some nerve to charge me anything extra for gas and a clean up fee after you put me hours behind in my move.
