Was such a terrible experience from start to finish. It's 3 weeks later and my issues have still not been properly addressed. I was sent in a goose chase to pick up the trailer, wasted hours of my time and had to take off a day of work because of the disorganization of the company. Very disappointed.

Pick up point was changed. No one was present at the arranged time and place. Loaded car myself . Waited then drove off with dolly. Drove 1500 miles with no problems.

Both transactions, front end, and back end on this haul experience were stellar!! Thank you U haul!! Also all the U-haul people I delt with on the phone at the 1-800 number were great as well !!
James AWe had to drive 1hour and 16 min one way and back again. When you are moving. That's valuable time lost. Otherwise all was good. They gave us extra mileage to compensate drive. That was appreciated
Perry PNo one was there. There was no drop box. I selected after hours drop off. Hope you got the key back. I also wasn't given enough kilometres to make the journey and had to pay an extra $31+! Not a pleasant experience.
