I was instructed to go inside because the lock would not work even though I had the correct code. The lady automatically cut me off saying she has nothing to do with Uhaul (even though she is a registered location) and then she gave me a number and said she cannot help me. Not helpful at all and rude. I finally got a hold of someone and he disrepectfully told me "I figured you were navy". Like go fuck yourself. If your lock cannot be opened by a red seal electrician then you have serious hardware issues. If he was in front of me I would have slapped him for his attitude.Melany S.

Unable to open truck using my cell phone... no local wi-fi access at the pick-up location after hours... agent at main Victoria branch (Topaz Avenue) assured me that U-Haul has wi-fi available at all pickup locations in Victoria, but it was not true here. Please enable wi-fi at Talia's Mini-Mart for after-hours use.David R.

Your app did not work (unable to upload photos) and had to contact customer service for help. Started my reservation 30 minutes later than planned. Was a very poor start to an otherwise good experience.John M.

I felt like a lot of information was missing from my initial emails being kms and fuel level of the vehicle and an explanation as to how to return the truck. I had to call to ask. The online and app check in is useless. The app wouldn't work and so I'd have to log in online only to end up calling customer service to have them try to fix the glitches: the app/website asks for mileage when my truck was in kms which I converted but it did not accept it. Two stars because I rented for two days and had called to extend and was told I would not be charged for the third day, so thank you for that.Tyler N.

The location of the pick-up was not an issue. Nor was the condition of the van. U-Haul's siloing of its corporate and public streams creates enormous headaches, though. I was passed along from one customer service rep to the next and spoke to four different people before someone could walk me through how to link a corporate reservation to the app (after the email reminder informed me to simply use the app to pick up my reservation at the scheduled time...only to lead me to a notice in-app that no reservations existed). Issue no. 2 came in the form of the bill, which amounted to triple what it should have. I have already submitted a request for a review and refund. At this rate, I am inclined to say that we will not remain corporate clients of U-Haul for long.Nicholas B.
It is parked on the street, and if that spot is not available when you return, there is no where to park it. Supposedly there is a marked spot named Talia's in the parking lot, but I couldn't find it and luckily the spot on the road was still available. Live Chat was useless, I called Sean (and I don't have his last name) and he walked me thru the mobile pickup. He was very good..! Thanks to him, the mobile pickup was easy.Audrey B.
This drop off is not for large trucks. The woman at the mini mart was extremely helpful, however she was concerned about the truck taking up so much space. This location is for dropping off U-Haul vans or smaller vehicles.Leslie H.
