Ashley DNot sure where I was to drop off the trailer. Nobody around that I could see. Found a spot across the road from Tammy's that had other U-Haul stuff and unhooked.

Douglas LTammy's, R&S Repair, and Kramer's Towing we EXCELLENT! Truck broke down with spindle bearing issue. (There's lot more to this, just briefly though...) U-Haul roadside didn't contact Kramer's until more than 6 hours after U-Haul truck broke down. Apparently U-Haul roadside only uses text/email to notify their partners of need. Extremely disappointed with U-Haul roadside!

Susan WAllow more than one photo per section when picking up. Request identity verification during reservation process, not while at pick up. That was extremely irritating since crews were waiting to load. Allow a pre inspection extra photos and comments for anything else not listed in pre inspection. Ie: instrument cluster has crack in plastic but nowhere to state that our show that. I notified Tammy immediately. Pre inspection didn't ask for inside box cleanliness. Only allowed for one interior photo but needed several areas photos. We cleaned others messes. All exterior checks and photos only allowed for 1 photo but there were several more needed for other scratches that didn't have "x" sticker on them. Also notified Tammy. Truck was easy to get other than that. Tammy was great and I will use her location again

Clark HI wish all uhaul places and people where as nice and friendly as Tammy I don’t know what your paying her but it’s not enough!
Zach WMy only problem was that the Haul app as well as the browser kept crashing and refused to recognize my log in when I tried to return it early digitally. Super annoying. But that's the only issue I had.
JENNIFER RWe received excellent service from Tammys. The rental pickup process was quick and easy, the truck was ready before we arrived and Tammy was friendly and very helpful. Overall an excellent rental pickup experience.
Jeff BI was charged for extra miles when I was told I wouldn't be. I had to pick up from this location because I set up pickup in grand island and there was none available. I was told a free day with free mileage to grand island. Then I could return to Ord. Still got charged the miles.

Steve FGet the right size truck they requested closer to customers location. And have all equipment the customer needed in 1 location. It should not be the customers responsibly to drive all over hours away to get what they need. Tammy's Auto body was friendly it's U-haul that has a problem.
Crystal Sthe windshield was so dirty I had to stop at a gas station to clean before driving.

SHIRLEY ATammy was right on it. She guided me back into the drop-off location and off went the trailer. Very fast and a pleasure to work with her. She runs her own custom auto restoration shop and has many photos of her excellent work. Thanks, Tammy
ROBERT BTammy went above and beyond to help me when I had problems checking in on the uhaul website. Thanks to her, I was on the road quick. She was very kind and patient and I would recommend her shop to anyone.
