Perfect and easy rental and move.

Darrell TGreat location. With two older children moving back and forth from college every fall and spring we've been using U-Haul a lot. This was the first time I rented from this location but it won't be the last. Convenient location and the van was in really great shape. Almost new, very clean interior, and everything worked. End of day drop off is made really easy with the U-Haul app.

Darrell TUhaul itself, needs to get the mobile app working correctly to where it doesn't allow you to schedule to pick up equipment at locations where it is not available for the pick up time. I was originally scheduled to get this equipment at E 3rd St and then got routed to another location after I arrived at the 3rd St location. Very inconvenient.

Richard WThis location charged me for "non business hours" drop off. Also, they charged me for gas. I thought this was unbelievable considering uhaul didn't provide me with the items I ordered in advance and gave me the uhaul with no gas. I tried to leave the uhaul with the same amount of gas in it. But it's a guessing game on how many gallons to add when you don't receive the vehicle on full.

RAND OChecking in to get truck the attendant could have been by more explanatory especially when signing in about paperwork
Larry HThe access and the checkout at the counter was easy. The truck was as it was supposed to be and with a full tank. The whole process went smoothly.
Chris RThe self service option has several problems. If users arrive late to pickup the vehicle then the "get my truck" button takes them in a circle through the UI without explanation. The video tutorials are out of date. They show a "dashboard" button that doesn't exist. Users are not forewarned that they need to verify with passport or alternate number. Alt number is nasty surprise if picking up off hours.

Christian LThey were not open, so we used the online system and had trouble "sharing location." It was a bit frustrating and took longer than the 15 mins, but in the end, it was okay. What would have been great is if we could have just used the storage facility as our drop off location! We ended up back tracking to return the truck after emptying it at a Uhaul Storage facility.

Donald AI had originally reserved my truck at the Moving and Storage location (234 N Springboro Pike, Miamisburg, OH 45449) a few weeks prior to my move. When I showed up to pick up my truck, I was told they didnt have one. I was never notified of the change. This other location is 20 minutes out of my way (and was closed). The manager at Moving and Storage was very rude and got short with me when I respectfully asked what the issue was. I was the one being inconvenienced and she coped and attitude with me. Not sure why. Thankfully I was able to get ahold of a CSR on the phone to walk me through how to pick up the truck at the alternative closed location. She was VERY helpful and nice and I appreciated her assistance. She stayed on the phone with me nearly 30 minutes to get my reservation sorted out and walk me through checkout. BUT this inconvenience cost me almost 3 hours delay (i was moving to chicago the same day and now running behind) and an extra trip back to Kettering to pick up my car, plus the extra mileage and gas to drive the truck from Kettering back to Miamisburg causing me a mileage overage. It was just $1 :) so I wont complain but still. Its why I chose the Miamisburg location to begin with. Id like to know where the failure was to notify me either through text, call, email or all three and tell me there was a change in plans. Merci!
