If you want to get ripped off this this the place for you. I was charged 130 to rent the smallest truck for two and a half hours. I previously rented a uhaul to move across the country. If this is there new going rate I'll be happy to pay another company who won't completely rip me off.

Slow check in process. Had everything reserved but still had to wait while 2 others got processed. And they also had had reservations.

The place had dogs chained up outside with no shelters and they were short haired dogs that shouldn’t be without shelter when it’s 19 degrees out. There were puppies inside looked like from the dogs outside and there was poop I’m assuming from the puppies behind the counter. Looked like a puppy mill that rented U-hauls on the side. The lady that helped me was very nice but would not recommend.

I got charged another half of what I had paid. I told the lady where I was going and and calculated extra milage. I paid $105 and $15 for insurance however when I returned I paid another extra $45. I can understand pain an extra five $10 but not half of what was it original cost. 208-890-9317

reservation process needs to be better understood by agents. Due to not being able to find my reservation and other issues with confusing me with another renter the check in process was long and cumbersome. pick up scheduled at 10am. I left the lot at 11: 40

Lock to access uhaul was garbage and didn’t work. Took 30 minutes and a call to uhaul to finally get the shitty lock open to access the vehicle. Truck was a junker. Very beat up and drove like crap. Uhaul 24/7 is a pain in the ass. Not fast and convenient as advertised.

It took nearly an hour to pick up my truck. It seemed to make little difference that I had filled out anything online. No furniture dolly was available. And I received an email that I had to return the truck within 6 hours even though I had rented it for eight.

Showed up at designated time and location and used mobile check in...no keys or lock on U-Haul like agreed! Called but took 45 min to resolve...therefore I paid for movers to stand around! Charged for Blankets and dolly that were not in truck when I finally got keys to old gas guzzler of a truck! On mobile return put that I didn’t accept charges since no packing blankets or appliances dolly in truck but of course was charged anyway!

Because they didnt check the mileage before and said I drove 47 mi charged me for it when I drove it less than 6 mi so I was over charged and she told me she'd figure it out and didnt I still haven't got my money I'm moving out of state sunday I'm mad

Gas tank was on empty but was given a credit. The door on the back was open and super dusty when I picked it up the inside windshield was filthy. It took me over an hour to check out and the they gave me a discount to return it to a different location than was listed on my paperwork. Which then made it take super long to accomplish my checkout because they didn’t have record of the change and had to get it approved. I will not be using U-Haul in the future. I just was not pleased with the service at all. I also wound up calling for service because the truck was revving up really high to over 4500 RPMs. The service guy told me that was normal. I’ve never driven anything that revved up that high before. I had to wait over two hours to deal with that whole deal. I just didn’t like my whole experience with the truck.

I can't think of any improvements. Everything went without a hitch. I do not remember the name of the lady who worked the front desk, but she was very polite and helpful.
