I was told I was able to drop the truck off at a location nearer to my home. I did and when I saw my receipt using the truck for less than 24 hours and driving 22 miles, I was charged $150 more than what was quoted! This is absurd. I wish for my account to be immediately refunded and charged the correct amount. Please call me immediately at 916-718-5646 or I will escalate this.

Rented a lock. Had to keep truck over night bcuz we weren’t able to complete move before location closed. Woke up next day lock was undone. No sign of a break in. Some new combination. Loss of property estimated between 2500-3000.00. I feel uhaul should reimburse.

The return was very disorganized! I showed up on time to return my truck on time. The staff had no idea where I was supposed to return it. The staff even told me that i needed to return the truck to another location. After asking many employees with no answers I did some investigation online and discovered that there was a drop box outside the store for drop offs on Sunday and the app needed to be downloaded to drop off. With all the run around trying to find out what I needed to do to return the truck with an unprepared staff telling me to even take it somewhere else, doing the research myself, and using a tedious app, the time went after the drop off time by a little less than an hour. I was charged for an extra day!!! Terrible service on return.

I had no idea that the T&Y Market was the pick up location. When I did find out there was only one person that knew anything about it and he were gone. I had to wait about twenty minutes for him to return and then about 10 minutes at the customer service counter because he was helping someone else. The 10 minutes could have happened anywhere but no the 20 minutes. If it had not been for a U-hual truck in the store's parking lot I'm not sure I could have found the place.
