The lock they placed on the back of the truck was old and very difficult to open. It took me almost an hour before I pulled out of the parking lot. The whole process delayed my whole move. Never again with this location.

Nitin M.A sign on the office door would be helpful. I legitimately only realized that was their office when I saw people walking out the door. The young lady that assisted me was great. Very friendly. Recommend that in the future to clarify to customers that they have to complete steps to check back in the truck online after hours BEFORE turning in the keys to the night drop.

James S.Nothing wrong with service at property. Issue was with uhaul.com - couldn't log in via 2 different iPhone to make digital pickup. Had to go home to get iPad which worked. Set us back a valuable hour.
Ross P.For some reason Apple Maps took us to the wrong location (about 3 miles south of the Uhaul location). I called to get directions and the lady on the uhaul phone did not know the closest cross street. How to get to the store. She uses here gps to drive to work and did not know how to direct someone to get to the store, and on top of that there was no one else to talk to for directions. Simply horrible. Worthless. Drove around on Walnut Hill for a while and finally stumbled upon it. She wouldn't even send me pinpoint to my phone to allow me to drive to her location. Awful service worst uhaul experience ever. I've used uhaul a lot and this was the lowest form of service.
Kirk M.I'm not sure what could be done at this location to improve. I've rented several Uhaul trucks over the years with several moves and this location was by far the best one. Ashley was extremely helpful and accommodating. Will definitely recommend people to go here!

stacy L.John called me to verify I still wanted to have the vehicle. I told him I was in it in another city already. He got very agitated and told me that there was no way. I did not have it dispatched and I was at risk of them “taking the vehicleâ€. He got very defensive when I told him that I did everything on the website to check it out. “No you didn't. They can come take the truck from you†was his response. John was very rude and very much the person who put a BAD taste in my mouth for uhaul and any future uses.
Tim H.Would ask U-Haul include the mileage to/from pick-up then to/from the destination to drop off. The appearance comes across as "nickel and diming" clients. While one can call the location for an immediate reservation and factor in the additional mileage. U-Haul seemingly should have a system in place to calculate "load location" to where the pick up is. then destination and drop off.

ASHER S.I don't recall her name but the associate that managed my pickup was extremely nice and amazing. She was very helpful, gracious, and went out of her way to ensure that my pickup was easy. She even cleaned the cab of the truck before I used it which I greatly appreciated.
