But there's one problem though the address please Uhaul get the man business address right, I got lost 2 times. But the truck was clean and I appreciate everything he did.

Atyanna GYour Uhaul guy charged me $20 for a trailer wiring connecter I already had. I showed him the piece and he said no wrong one. It is the exact same thing. $20 to give me a used one or I could go buy one for $10 at the local autoparts store. Why? I had one right there in my hand! Was not happy about this at all.

Mary AProbably not Teal Automotives fault, but the entire pickup ordeal was a total Fiasco. It took us 30 minutes to figure out how to get the keys.

Wilkie SI made the reservation on Sunday, Monday uhaul traffic control messaged me and said I had to pick up in albany because Teal automotive wouldn't have any. I called all around to find a closer location but couldn't. On Friday I drive 45 minutes to learn they didn't have one in albany. Then traffic control said I could go back to Americus where I live because Teal DID have one. I wasted 45 minutes because U-Haul staff screwed me over.

Albert GThis location owner should not be a dealer. My Sunday pickup required my using my mobile app; app was not working, called business number 3 times after 20 minutes of app issues; he stated he was off on Sunday; I finally got Uhaul rep after 25 minute wait on phone; once Uhaul suggested downloading app again, logging in again, app worked, but dealer's code for key did not; Uhaul said they would call dealer to come. DEALER LIVED NEXT DOOR TO LOCATION, HE WALKS OVER, HE PUTS CODE IN, SAID YOU HAVE TO LINE UP LETTERS A SPECIAL WAY, NOT JUST WITH THE ARROW, BUT ON A LINE; HE OPENS BOX... HE SAID HE WAS WATCHING US THE ENTIRE TIME! 60 minutes later, I was able to complete pickup and drive off. Worst experience ever with Uhaul, and the dealer and location are the reasons why. Definitely will tell others of TEAL AUTOMATIVE LLC and Uhaul, BUT AS A WARNING, NOT A RECOMMENDATION AND DEFINITELY NOT ON A SUNDAY USING THE MOBILE APP FOR PICKUP. BAD RECEPTION AREA FOR INTERNET USE! THANK YOU!

John AI only got a truck from here because I had a friend who had the owners cell number. So this location deserves the highest praise. But you as UHaul will be getting a very low review from me anywhere I can review you. You messed up my pick up by not verifying the location I originally selected. You never confirmed with me after you tried to change it and I said no. So they didn't have my truck when I went to get it that morning and we almost lost our moving help we had paid for over it. This was a terrible experience and I will not recommend using UHaul to anyone any longer.
