This location was run by a bunch of of children ( who clearly have no idea what they are doing. I had to wait for 45 min while they shoveled the truck out of the snow and it hasn't snowed in a week but it's still covered and somehow that goes against my reserved time. You advertise for a $20 rental but it ended up being $75 tell me how 20 and 75 are remotely the same thing I was charged almost 4x as much as advertised I am never going to use this horrible service ever again and I will never recommend it in fact I will do the opposite and advise other people against using this service.

There was no one at the front desk when I went in. The whole place smelled like weed. The first guy who helped me wasn't even wearing a mask. When I returned it. The second guy was wearing a mask but has no idea what was going on.

Building was dark when I arrived difficult to find in dark they had turned off all interior and exterior lights before 5:30 pm Van was very dirty in cab and back Right front tire light was on needed air, was told my problem they couldn't add air had to drive around to find station with working air pump and charged mileage as well as aggregation Told too busy washing car( 2 people) when I turned in Van and they would email receipt in 10 minutes took until next day

Location was fine U-Haul Mobil app however caused many problems including a 1 hour wait and 20 minutes in the phone with support. Glitch in app : did NOT provide a lockbox or code

The truck did a great job but I wanted to mention a few things: 1) AdvanceTrak, antiskid and ABS warning lights came on but went away after a while. 2) Something wrong with headlights. When I returned it, the mechanic said it might have a blown fuse. The lights came on but they were very dim. 3) Wiper blades need to be replaced. 4) Made a noise that sounded like tappet noise when coasting but I think it was normal. Otherwise, the truck performed beautifully.

The woman I picked up from was on a FaceTime call the entire time I was in the office. She NEVER wore a mask or attempted to find one. Jus ignorant. The location is also a hassle to find.

The floor bed rubber was curled up and three bricks held it in place. It was a tripping hazard throughout the move. The mobile program to book the vehicle would not accept two different phone numbers that were 1 digit apart. The staff were pleasant but hard to find.

Have the employees trained better. I am now going through monetary set backs because a gentle failed to check my vehicle as returned until 3 days after. This caused other workers to loop and squabble the system to help me but by principle alone, I feel like it did not warrant keeping the incident under wraps. Never Gad this issue with Uhaul and I've used uhaul to move 7 times

Clean your rentals. I enjoyed the free, stale coffee mugs, and cigarette smoke in the cab, as well as the rotting french fries in the back.

This is the second and now last time I am ever renting from U-Haul. Both times the truck I reserved weeks in advance was not available and I had to go out of my way to pick up my truck. When I got to this location people working there were out back smoking a blunt in the car wash bays. The truck's exhaust was either disconnected or has a massive hole in it because it was extremely loud and unbearable to drive without blasting the radio. They provided me with a broken key and told me I needed to bring all the pieces back when returning the truck. Absolutely horrible experience both this time and last time. Guaranteed this is the last time I use U-Haul for anything!

Equipment is very old and the holding the steering wheel was not an easy task. While the seat belt was buckled, the alarm kept going off. Windshield was not clean which made night drive a nightmare with light reflection.

The agent at the desk was more interested in washing his car than helping me. Not friendly or helpful at all. told me to go to the truck and follow directions on my phone. Truck was extremely loud, needs a muffler, needed hearing protection to ride in it! Then when I returned it 8 hours later....not the 24 I could have had it for,they overbilled me for more pads then I was given when I rented it. They charged me for a dolly which I did not ask for, nor was it in the truck. When I returned the truck I asked the agent to come out and check everything, he refused and said he would just email me the bill. I have rented many Uhaul trucks this was absolutely the worst service I ever receiver. I would not recommend this site to anyone!

I chose KOP as my location, 5 minutes from my home for 8am pickup. Night before I receive a text message that Uhaul changed it to Lansdale, 45 minutes from my home and changed time to 11:30am. I had movers scheduled for 8am, we had a 6 hour drive ahead of us and this caused us to miss our deadline. Plus I was charged for the extra mileage from Lansdale. I complained and Uhaul traffic coordinator didn't see any problem with what was done. Won't rent again from Uhaul.

I was overcharged for 2 extra days, for the truck, the insurance, environmental fees, taxes, etc. I wasn't able to do contactless pick up on the site. I still have not gotten a refund of about $75 and if I don't get it soon, I'm going to be REALLY angry and get my credit union involved until I get my money back. This whole experience has been horrible.

Have all vehicles at full to avoid haggling over 1/16th of a tank of gas. I drove 16 miles, added 2 gallons to a chevy pick up, and was charged an additional $6 because it was off by 1/16th tank. So effectively i was being told the pickup got 4 mile/gallon and I should have put in an additonal 2 gallons.

I was told by employee at team blue 2 days before my move that the store would open at 8 on sat morning. I got there with another customer who was also personally told 8 am as well. 8:20 and nobody shows up. U-Haul online rep tried to get us into our trucks virtually but team blue kept all keys inside, so they had to call the owner to come in and open the store. Major miscommunication between owner and his employees. Didn't get truck until 9:15 am.

Service was POOR. Run by a pair of high school drop outs. Even though I had a mileage contract, they wanted receipts. I turned the van in a day early, but was offered no refund. Van ran great. I had a small ding that was covered by insurance.

The truck we were assigned was clean and fine on the inside. However, the locking mechanism on the truck door was not well maintained. It seemed old and hard to open and close. It became stuck at one point and prevented us from closing the door. We were able to dislodge it and use it properly.

I rented a 9' van for 24/7 pickup to be picked up at 7:30 am. We followed all instructions, arrived there by 7:10 to start the pick-up process and when we selected "pick up my truck" we received a message that our reservation was converted to hand pick up and we will have to wait until the location opens up. I reached out to Uhaul and there was nothing they could do about it and said we have to wait. By the time they opened at 8 there were 10 people in line, some of which had the same issue as us. This made us 2 hours late with our move. I filed a dispute with Uhaul to get a $50 reservation refund but have not heard anything back from them.

I booked the rental for 7:30. Found out that they open at 8:00. Called UHaul at 7:40. They said I should be able to do self-pick up. The App said I had to wait till 8 when they opened. Then, once I finally got in after 8, thye couldn't find the key to my truck. I finally got on the road at 8:30. I lost an hour. They only good thing was that it wasn't raining. Here's an idea - don't allow booking for times when they are not open.

We reserved a U-Haul truck for a Quakertown pickup. They say before we were supposed to pick it up, it was changed to Lansdale. Lansdale is additional 20 min away. Not o my was this inconvenient, it then we got charged for overage miles. Doesn't seem right.

I had trouble with the online app when returning the van. It could not recognize my location. I had driven off the lot and was down the street when I first tried to confirm. When it failed to confirm ...I realized I had to go back to the lot. I went back to the lot and tried to confirm there again. It would not let me confirm there, kept saying it couldn't recognize my location even though location settings was ON on my phone. Then the link expired. Software needs to be able to reset after a failure.

They were supposed to be open and have a truck for us at 8am. They didn't open until 8:45 am and we had to wait 45 minutes. By the time they got the truck it was an hour past the time we paid for. Then they tried to get us to return the truck early, because they had rented it out to someone else that afternoon. It was a terrible experience. And on top of it the employee there seemed stoned and Had trouble navigating the rental system. Because of it, I won't use UHaul again

It has failed each and every time. Very frustrating. I had to wait until the facility opened. Wasted one hour of my time.

A sign in the cargo area of the truck states that you will charge the customer $25 if you have to clean out the area after the truck is used. How much do you reimburse the customer who has to clean out the cargo area from prior use? It was FILTHY. Also, review with your employees the PROPER way to wear a covid mask to keep your customers safe. The mask should cover the mouth AND NOSE. A disappointing experience this time.

I was charged double the amount of insurance I requested. My pickup/drop location was changed on my way to pick up my reservation and was a 20 min longer drive. Staff refused to help with moving trucks to gain access to our trailer. The truck was dirty when we got in it. When I tried to extend my reservation, I called the number supplied by text message 4 times and the phone rang for 20 rings and then was disconnected. Finally, I rented a pickup truck trailer combination and wasn't told until I got to the truck that I had to supply my own ball for the hitch as well as pay extra for it. Horrible experience

The online sign-in and equipment pick-up is very slow. I saw customers arriving after me dealing with the agent at the counter and leaving before me. I used the “Quicker & Easier” way to rent from U-haul and It took me a lot longer.

No improvements- they were great! A young gentleman checked me out and made the experience way better than the checkout in Colmar. I had a last minute change in vehicle size and he was able to make a seamless transaction. In and out in 10 minutes. When I returned the truck, I believe the owner finalized billing. He explained the pricing breakdown and printed out receipt for me. This is a smaller operation that is also a car wash, but would recommend using these guys over larger locations that maintain storage facilities as well. Thanks again!

I had an issue with the light switch not working. The entire panel had been pushed in. An associate came and took care of it but since it was training at the time this was a crucial piece of safety that should have never been allowed to be in that state.
