Ordered 2x furniture dollies which were not in stock when I picked up UHaul. Location provided no advanced notice of lack of availability otherwise would have gone elsewhere. Location also did not provide dozen furniture pads, only received 11.bad customer service all around.Abe G.

The truck rental went fine. I was impressed because even though the truck I rented had some scratches on the bumper and side (at the I picked it up) the representative informed me verbally not to worry about it. And, no issue was made of the scratches.GERALD S.
The location I picked up from got the job done. But everything was fast and quick. I couldn't reach them by phone. Once I got inside he confirmed who I was and then gave me a paper and didn't have me sign it. Just gave me the truck and left. Said to drop the keys off in a drop box. Which I did. What he didn't tell me was that I needed the keys to take a picture of the speedometer and the cleanliness on the inside. I was very frustrated as I only figured this out after the keys were locked away. I did my best. But I had to guess on the speedometer. I'm stressed out that I will get an email about some fee for improper information during checkout. But I guess only time will tell.... especially since I can't reach them by phoneGARY M.
Shady location, the truck was falling apart and had no air conditioning, staff offered zero solutions other than take it or leave it. Seeing as I was screwed with no other options I had to deal with it. Never again.Brandon F.

They doubled the mileage they charged me by putting a higher odometer reading in when billing the rental. I had to point it out that the mileage was incorrect and walk out with them to prove they wrote down the wrong mileage. I received a refund for the over charge, but I will not go back to this location again.Michael G.

The woman at this location was the only good part of my whole uhaul experience. 2 â€œguaranteed pickupsâ€ fell through, hours wasted on phone calls and driving to other locations only to be told that I had to get a larger truck because that was the only thing available. Thankfully the lovely woman at this location helped me get the original vehicle I wanted. The only bright spot in a truly awful weekend.Sean J.

The cargo van was not washed, and the windshield had bird droppings all over. The passenger door was damaged and made a creaking sound every time when open and closing. The vehicle shocks may need to be replaced as it was very bouncier.Marcellus D.

Gentleman didn't know what he was doing so even though I checked in via my phone it still took over 20 minutes and then he somehow had the wrong drop off location. He's said he would call and fix it for me but he did not and the woman at the drop off location had to correct it for me.Shaylea G.

Location did not keep track of when I returned the truck. I returned the truck at about 2:30 pm on 4 may 21, yet received a phone call at about 11:45 am 5 may 21 asking if I still neede the truck and when would I return it. My receipt has the time stamp of the phone call as my return time instead of my actual return time.Calvert G.
Would appreciate a call from the area manager. This location first attempted to rent me a severely damaged cargo van. Damage to the passenger door and big crack in the windshield. Then they overcharged me by 47 $.charles F.

Driver door pockets required cleaning due to small debris. Regarding maintenance, the tire air pressure system warning was displayed during the rental period. Recommend check out the system and indicators to see if tire pressure needs to be increased. Tie down straps for rental or free issue would be very appreciated at this location. Very convenient to have the gas station at the location. Precompleting the application in advance of the location visit reduced the administrative delays. Appreciate the extended hours to pick up and drop off the rentals.Joseph N.

I should have read the reviews first. Like them, we were double billed, they gave someone else our reservation and then billed us for it as well as the replacement vehicle. Plus, they professed that NO ONE spoke English so they couldn't help us get it straightened out. Finally someone in their family got on the line that spoke English. Later, we had to contact UHaul customer svc to be reimbursed for the fraudulent charge!!JOHN B.

First, when I went to pick up the equipment, there was no adapter for my 7 pin electrical outlet. They shouldn't have let me take the trailer without it being properly attached but they did let me drive it off the lot without the adapter. Second, I received a call them asking me to bring the trailer back before the time that I have rented it for, I told them I couldn't do that. Then another call came in asking me to do the same thing and I told them I couldn't and that I will actually be returning it later than I asked for. Thirdly, I received another call threatening me that if I return it late, they were going to charge me about 200 $extra for returning it late. I didn't think that was correct and it lead me to reread the whole rental agreement again to make sure if they were correct. When I returned it, the clerk wanted to charge me around 68 $and some change. I told him it was too much and didn't understand why. He claimed it was for taxes. I told him I rented the trailer for 3 days and it was 90 $so why is it that an extra day is costing me more than 2 days of rental cost. He called customer support and I ended up paying 32 $and some change extra. I think the location is not representing Uhaul correctly. Thank you, EbenEBENEZER OFOSU D.

The computer billed me for 2x rental charge and 2x insurance. I spend almost an hour at the rental counter trying to correct the bill. The bill is still not correct a day later. The personnel were very courteous and as helpful as they could be. However, I am reluctant to return because the Uhaul billing system does not let such a subsidiary correct obviously erroneous billing.Dan M.
