Please provide more information in print on the after hours weekend drop off proceedures. I had forgotten what to do after a 4 day rental and nothing was on my rental agreement about my situation so I had to stay on the phone for the online UHAUL return live person. This was a 61 minute wait but did finally offer a call back number. After 61 minutes my call back happened and the call was dropped in the first moment before completion was even possible.. I had to call back again and start another 61 minute call back . This time I was able torfesolve the drop off time, mileage and I was relievedCHYREL E.

Your app is a disappointment. Too many glitches. I spent over 40 minutes trying to return vehicle. Customer service wait time was 81 minutes. I finally gave up and left. Wouldn't accept picture of fuel and mileage as an exampleMarc S.

The guy who runs the place was 20 minutes late plus after I got the truck he calls me to tell me that he left the keys to other vehicles in the truck he was going to meet me then he got lost then I had to drive back to the rental place drop off the keys and there was no condensation giving for the inconvenience. Resulting in my day going longer and having to drop the truck off after hoursPAUL F.

Kudos to UHaul for using technology to ensure a quick, simple, paper free process. From reservation, to pick up, to the final receipt it was very easy and made good use of technology.JEFFREY K.
dolly was subpar. check-in was too long. On-line check in did not work. Left voicemail message ~1 hour prior to pickup and no return call. On hold on 800 line for U-Haul for over twenty minutes before I gave up. Surprisingly bad experience.ROBERT D.

Maybe just give w grace window of 3-4 hours after scheduled drop off to accommodate any less than full day changes to schedule. But at 20 $per day plus insurance it's totally reasonable that it's extra time = extra day. Overall a great experience, would totally recommend.erwin V.

Stop being cheap and shady with the gas consumption. the gas was at 5/8 full which was in the â€œcircleâ€ where it was supposed to be returned. Yet i was charged for 3 gallons of gas. If you want to charge more. Then charge more. Don't be shady and use the gas as a way to make more money.kenneth K.

No front lights!! Only one high beam worked. Also, the 24/7 app wasted about 40 minutes of my time and ended up not working so I had to revert to waiting for the u-haul center to open up (for pickup) and dropping off the vehicle by just dropping off the keys (for drop off). The Uhaul center attendant was efficient and courteous and the location very convenient for me. I would rent from there again. The problem was with the truck and U-Haul 24/7 app.Jonathan B.

I believe they only have 1 10' truck and 1 van. That's not enough trucks to actually call it a Uhaul location in my opinion. Get more trucks!Meryl S.

Truck was dirty when I rented it. I had to sweep the truck before I started my move. The guy working was nice enough and promptly gave me a truck. Also, Pro Auto Repair in Hackensack guaranteed me a truck at 9am and when I showed up they didn't have a truck. So I had to switch my plans and waste an hour and a half of move time.Dennis M.

The van was dirty inside so much so I had to get a rag to wipe it down. The windows had so much dirt and bird poop that I could not see out. There was no windshield wash fluid. The van was new so that was a plus it rode great and there was not much noise.gary L.
Absolutely horrible experience, scheduled an hour before pick up location opened, then I had to go to another location, I had to reschedule everything I had planned for that day, scheduling customer service rep was rude, I was promised a call back from a manager 2-3 business days after the situation, it's now been 4 business days, I was also told ON A RECORDED LINE that I would be compensated, still haven't seen anything in my account reflecting that. Very disappointed in a company I have 2 business accounts with. We will be taking our business elsewhereJames G.

The self checkout had many challenges and it took an hour for me to get the code for the key. Customer service reps were great but they should be authorized to override the computer when customers are in these remote locations where there is no one around.ROBIN K.
