Excellent customer service from Both parties... Brook helped me check in And a young gentleman helped me get in touch with Brook and made sure everything was OK before leaving lot.
Ayman RI paid for an Appliance Dollie and it wasn't in the truck. The location was closed so we had to leave items behind.

Kevin BWe rented a car dolly. When we got ready to leave our home with everything packed and head to Florida, thank God my husband noticed that one of the car dolly wheels had the cords showing. Three hours later the tire was replaced and we were good to go. I believe that when you rent something, the company should have it inspected the product before it leaves. Thankful we weren't on the road and had a flat. Because it sure wouldn't have made it from Michigan to Florida. People at the Middleville uhual was great. But there should be something in place to inspect equipment when it comes back in.

Ferdinand NDidn't speak to anybody at the location, dropped off after hours. Easy to drop off. In contact via text and phone with pleasant staff. No issues dropping off at all.

bill cThis truck had so many miles on it, the brakes were a little bad I thought. Your app is in need of some serious attention, if you make a mistake the app will not allow you to go back and restart, it's extremely frustrating. Ended up calling the service line for assistance.

Liza MWindshield wipers were very old and wouldn't push rain off. Lady said fuel was at 3/8 of a tank and ii told her it was less than quarter. She said nothing and walked away.

Thomas DThere was a gash in the top passenger side of the truck that I was nervous I might get accused of / charged for since there weren't those little black X stickers on it. I didn't have time to fill out the survey of the condition of the truck when I first got it. I tried filling it out an hour or so later and it said the link had expired.

Mary Rtruck was clean, but windshield wipers were all but non existent and truck pulled badly to the left despite being evenly loaded. Additionally, despite a reservation several weeks in advance, I was notified the day before my reservation that the truck size I reserved was not available at the location I needed, and I played several rounds of phone tag to find a location that had the truck size I needed, and ended up having to go to a location 25 minutes away from me instead of 5. Very frustrating. Lack of recommendation is not reflecting on the employees or location, but more general difficulties with the overall experience.
Elli SClean up the spider webs by the lock box area. The cab was a little sandy - but all in all a great experience. Area was well lit - and I felt very safe even dropping off at night.

John DPicked up truck and trailer with bald tires on (BOTH) and A FLAT on the Truck duals... Plus Inoperative Brake and turn Signals on the Trailer... Waited 8 hours for emergency road repair. NO Compensation or extra time given for my waiting. But they were sure SPOT ON when they said I was 1 gallon short on the fuel gauge... TOTAL BAD DEAL !
Doug DOur issue is not with Tender Loving Care Car Wash - they were extremely helpful and pleasant. The issue was with the passenger rear tire that was not in good repair and blew out after 45 minutes of driving. OUR ISSUE was that on the side of the highway in an emergency we were on hold for 30 minutes just to get someone on the phone.

Jacob MThe pick up location was not the one I chose. I made my reservation for a 10' box truck a week in advance. I was directed to the Tender Loving Car Wash location the day before my pick up. My first choice at Best Hardware was directly across the street from where I needed the truck. This change added 20 miles and 30 minutes to my schedule.
James SThe young lady was very kind and helpful. It's complete and utter bullshit that they put 2 freaking gallons of gas in it and charged me $13 and some change. It's a scam to make extra money. I made sure the gas gauge needle was exactly where it was when I picked it up! Of course this will fall on deaf ears because no one cares and the customer is always wrong.
