The price I was given when I reserved online was not close to the cost I paid at this location. I put gas in the vehicle prior to returning and was still charged a fuel fee. Vehicle looked clean, but smelled bad. So the drive was not enjoyable.

The price was 178 but on line when I reserved the trailer the price was 115 with the ins 16.00. I told the lady working there and she replied that happens all the time? Why go to the trouble of making a reservation on line if the price is going to change.

They did not charge us extra for being an hour late with the return because it rained all day the day before and we couldn't get it completely unloaded do to the weather. We appreciated this.

The staff did help with checking to make sure the lights were working, everything else I took care of. The trailer towed well and had no issues. The only thing that could have been better was more floor tie-downs for my particular needs.
