Shelly rThe price was 178 but on line when I reserved the trailer the price was 115 with the ins 16.00. I told the lady working there and she replied that happens all the time? Why go to the trouble of making a reservation on line if the price is going to change.

MICHAEL SThey did not charge us extra for being an hour late with the return because it rained all day the day before and we couldn't get it completely unloaded do to the weather. We appreciated this.
Tracy HThe staff did help with checking to make sure the lights were working, everything else I took care of. The trailer towed well and had no issues. The only thing that could have been better was more floor tie-downs for my particular needs.

RONALD SIt wasn't a big deal, but there was sand in the floor board and dog hair throughout the cab. I'm not allergic to dogs, but it could have been problematic for someone who was.

DAVID WThey charged me $25 for parking in front of the gate. There was not very much room to park anywhere else. I know that the app told me not to block entrances but without room to park anywhere else with a 45 foot truck I felt it unfair to charge me.
BENJAMIN GChange owners! Add professionalism in the work environment and attire. Just be friendly. Rudeness is never a good way to start any business transaction. If we were not pressed for time, we would have left as soon as we made contact with the owner. Proper signage would be very valuable in presenting the place and procedures. Customers shouldn't have to guess as to your procedures. In other words, we'll never use this place again and we will never recommend it to anyone. Period.
RICKY HThey went out of their way to accommodate me. Uhaul yet again screwd up a perfectly good reservation by making them give up my trailer and wanted me to go 30 minutes out of my way to get another trailer from another location. They were kind enough to track one down and go get it for me. Uhaul the company isn't worth a damn, but Terri Jo's IS TOP NOTCH!

Steven GYour App doesn't work. I had to call customer service and after 15 mins on hold someone answered. By the time they were able to help me, the last who runs this location showed up to try and help.
