Drop off was a terrible experience!!!

Filed a dispute, haven't heard back. Reserved truck for Thanksgiving weekend. Used mobile pickup. The truck I rented was blocked in by another uhaul truck. Facility was closed and truck could not be accessed. Called uhaul 24hour customer service, the woman changed my rental to a different facility. When I arrived there the next morning, mostly because it was an hour out of my way, the uhaul app was not working. A woman helped me through manually and I was able to use the truck. The problem is I was granted 100 miles on the original rental, when the truck was blocked in uhaul gave me an extra 44 miles on the rental. When I paid my bill it said I was only granted 30 miles. I would like a refund

Did not receive $25 off for clean truck as advertised. Took pictures but supplier could not take discount off and U-Haul customer service has had no response after repeated calls an email.

Had to wait for someone to help us. The owner did not know how to do U-Haul. Waited for his wife. She said that she didn't have a reservation for us. Finally, she refreshed the screen and found it. We were there for approximately 45 minutes.

I thought the service was excellent and In glad I picked Terry’s Auto of the U-Haul dealers I had to chose from.

Teach them how to rent Uhauls. Took the guy an hour to figure it out when I was short on time as it was.

I initially tried to schedule for pick up the computers were down, i was then told to just come in and pick up the uhaul and got there and there were no hauls. I spoke to a operator and she made a appointment for me to pick up a truck at 4:45 at a location that closed as t 4:30.....I practically begged for them to reopen to give me a uhaul......tried to call customer service and they hung up on my 3 times

I was extremely disappointed that the pickup location was changed. Rather than permit me to pick up less than 4 miles from my home I had to go almost 30 miles each round trip to pickup and return. That is why I reserved several days before I needed it. Unfortunately Uhaul is the only game in town so apparently customer satisfaction doesn't really matter

The tires on the van were sub par. The location was a junk yard with a horribly potholes drive. I will not be using this facility again. Completely unprofessional facility.

You should not use this place at all. It was so creepy. Like something out of a horror movie. I would NEVER go there again, not even in broad daylight. Not worth it under any circumstances. Every single person who was with me (thankfully I was not alone) agreed with just how creepy and uninviting this location was. Close it immediately.

Personnel were very helpful. We have used them for emergency car repairs while on vacation in the area and found them knowledgeable and fair.

Bizarre location. Tiny sign out on the road then a drive past a junk yard of old school buses back to another junk yard and another very teeny sign for the key drop with no humans in sight.

The windshield wipers were horrible!!!! I could not see when it was raining. VERY Dangerous!! Please replace before the next victim has to drive it!

The person processing my rental had difficulty with the website. Something about payment of the previous rental contract would not release the truck for my rental. The truck I rented was clean and ran well.

The woman that I spoke to was very nice and went out of her way to accommodate us over a holiday weekend. We only needed the trailer for 2 days and they were closed for 5 days! They helped me hook it up to my truck and let us return it when we were finished on Friday night! It was the perfect trailer for transporting a motorcycle and we will definitely use Terry's again when we need a trailer! Thanks very much!
