Scheduled a truck for 8 hours and they never showed up, so we called a U-Haul agent who took us through an hour of finding the attendant not available and jumping through hoops to get approved for a 24hr transaction and losing time allotted for the truck rental, though they reimbursed us $50 we did t get to use the truck as long as we paid for it to be scheduled. The mobile app should have at least realigned the time schedule for the hours I paid for. Sad service though the equipment was well kept maintained

Very helpful. U-Haul system was down but he handled it like a pro.
Angela CHad to fight the door open. The reservation amount is not what I was charged. Reservation was 37 and I paid 41. Not huge, but I rent a lot and this location is always more than the revervation price. As for the app for returns, it never works.

When I arrive, somehow, now there's 3 10 footers. was promised a discount for having to upgrade to a 10 footer. Payed the same amount for a 15, ans got a 10. I unbelievably pissed. Fuck this company

Dusty PStop him from taking miles away from the customers Kevin gave me an extra 20 miles because I had to go out of my 16,7 miles to pickup this truck I was not happy with going 16 miles out of my way to go get it anyway so I was given 20 miles from Kevin this ole guy Sam at Tesmart took my 20 off he showed I went 130 miles I did not I went 88 miles then add the 16 miles I was not suppose to pay but I did pay I went then another 16 miles this morning to take it turn in, so I should not had to pay for $32 that wasn’t my fault the way Kevin set me up and I will never use Uhaul again!! I got ripped off big time!

Cody WThe people running this buisness are extremely stupid and charged my card for 5 days instead of 4 and then wouldn't admit to the issue. They kept telling me that I was late when it was more than an hour before the drop off time. Even on the receipt it showed the actual drop off time as more than 50 minutes before the scheduled drop off time.

JIMMY CNot at this location, but at the location next to Dave's Best Buy in Greenville I called to confirm details per an email I received stating it was my pickup location. The guy who answered the phone was ridiculously rude and unhelpful. After that I talked to three different people over the phone through U-haul and every phone call I had I was faced with unprofessional people that didn't care if I was helped. Luckily, this location had very nice and helpful people to get the trailer ready to go.

JIMMY CFor whatever reason, they could not give me one. To rent a tow dolly one evening in one location in Texas and drop off the next morning in a different town in Texas the fee was $250. If I returned it to the same location as rented, fee was only $50.
