The location was kinda in the middle of nowhere, but it was close enough to Driggs, and that was all we needed. We has an emergency issue in Yellowstone Park, and the YP tow service would have cost a massive amount. There was just enough phone service (AT&T) that I could complete the 24/7 checkout process and secure the truck and go get my moto in the park. I'm so glad that this was available and we didn't have to wait till the next day or for a person to be involved. There are lot of checkout steps, but we were able to get it done and get the keys.

The confirmation call came after 5:00 the day before. It also changed the pickup location without giving the pickup location hours of operation. I had selected pickup using the phone app. This did not work and no one was around at the pickup location. I had to wait and then look for someone to help me. I was confused and unable to do anything for a short while.

You did not tell us the address on how to get correct location. We went to the 'wrong' one….! Terrible; some manager offered to reimburse me $50 for hardship purposes which I never received ! What a lie !I also ordered a much smaller truck, but had to pay more for gas for the larger truck which I did not order. Sad experience…..Bill Fay

Helpful agent. I worried if the trailer was big enough and he opened the back or both the bigger one and the one I reserved. I was able to know for sure that I was renting the best one for my moving needs.

I needed a Uhaul on Memorial Day 2025 to pick up some furniture located 30 miles away. The first Uhao dealer (Teton Valley Storage) I scheduled through had the truck ready at their lot but nobody was available to check me in and give me the keys (holiday, understandable). So I was told via phone call that I would need to use the uhaul.com/share app. That would be fine if the app worked! I arrive at the dealer lot, the truck is there, but I couldn't access the keys because the app is tellimg me I'm at the wrong location. Fact is, you had the wrong engineer design your app! Uhaul should test and fix its apps befire inconveniencing customers with half baked technology.... I was on a time schedule with the furniture seller. Thank goodness for Teton RV Repair/ Michael. He provided a phone number where he could be reached via text and he also had a 10' truck qt his lot. Michael transferred the reservations and took care of me on a holiday - outstanding service and much appreciated! Otherwise, the experience would have been a disaster.

The location is in a field with a house and not well maintained. The trailer was dirty and had grease all over it.

I was charged for 5 days of rental when I only had the truck for 2 days. I am not happy and demand this be rectified immediately.

I would like to comment on our original location in Jackson Wyoming. They did not have the original size we wanted even though on line it said they did. They made us drive an hour to Driggs. I would not recommend going to Jackson.

The representative at the location was not professional. I commented about the dirtiness of the vehicle. He said, 'we don't clean the outside." The lower cab and sides were muddy. The windshield was so dirty and covered with bugs it was not safe for clear vision. When I arrived at the my self storage unit to load my belongings I found two rounds of live ammunition on the floor of the cargo area. I have photos. I was called by a UHaul representative before my rental to inform me that the pickup location had to be changed because the vehicle I wanted wasn't available. Then I got another call later from UHaul to inform me that the pick up time had be changed to a later time in order for the vehicle to be returned and cleaned after another use. The location was unprofessional, vehicle wasn't cleaned, live ammunition was in the vehicle, a previous user's sunglasses were on the dash, and the vehicle was unsatisfactory. I didn't have a choice to seek a different solution since I took three days off work for the purpose of the rental.

U-Haul app didn't work sufficiently well at drop off location, both for us as we were trying to return our truck and for another couple that was dropping off their truck at the same time. The app kicked both of us out while we were trying to upload the photos of our trucks. Nobody present to help (though it was Sunday and they were closed, so we understood that). The app failures just left us all a little frustrated and concerned. Maybe improve the app? Otherwise really like and appreciate the drop off location in Driggs.

The Driggs location and their staff was very helpful and easy to work with. However, U-Haul's overall reservation system was extremely confusing and misleading as to what was actually available and what I actually had reserved. In the end, I had to change my reservation many times when the reality became clear (aka that my reservation didn't actually exist at the location I had chosen), didn't get the size truck I needed, and paid much more than initially estimated due to all the required changes. I understand it is complicated to organize a one-way reservation, but U-Haul should do some serious work on their system to help people be able to actually count on their reservations.

Call before you drop off and then text Mike. Make sure he is there to check you in. U-Haul doesn’t tell you how to remote check-in (you have to jump through hoops to find out how) and it’s a real problem if you can’t connect to the internet.

Only issue I have to complain about has nothing to do with the location nor equipment but with your U-haul app on android. The app continously crashes especially when attempting to load a required photo Took over an hour trying to return the truck finally after all that time wasted I ended up having to call number for assistance.
