DANNY M.I had a guaranteed reservation for a trailer the day before to pick up at 11am at Gun Boss the following day. Showed up on time and the business was closed. There were also other people waiting outside to pick up rentals but no one was there to answer the door and all calls would ring once and go to a full voice mail. Although my pick up experience was terrible at first, a quick call to Uhaul and they made it right by finding me another trailer on my route at another business and they gave me a discount. Thanks Uhaul

Royce H.My pick up location was dirty and did not even have a restroom that I could use. The U-Haul truck itself was filthy, trash under the seat as well as crumbs of food. The consul was sticky and dirty with spilled drinks. I disinfected the steering wheel as well as the consul when I got home.

Kari H.I don't know what happened but the lady which was nice I returned my trailer i rented that same day but she never checked it in and was charged almost 200$ for 4 days of rental when I returned it that same day she had had some other issue when I checked out my trailer which I didn't figure to ckeck up on the equipment when i returned it

Chastity M.Monday April 18 I went to Pleasanton Texas to pick up some furniture. I did my reservation online but when I arrive to the location ( Texas Gun boss at 415 Bowen avenue in Pleasanton tx) The lady had the door locked and took some time to open, she couldn't find my reservation so she made a new one and I had to give all my information again. She has dogs and she place smells awful. I ask her for a dolly and she said that it was broken (I needed one and ask for it in the reservation I made before) She only gave me the key and told me to go outside. When I open the truck I did notice that it was full of dog hair but I wasted almost 20 min there that I just leave the place like that. Now I'm getting a receipt that is charging me $50 for cleaning the van because of that hair. I did put gas in it and the gas arrow moved until half tank and a few miles later it was again to 1/4 of tank.

The people were very nice and very helpful ... but it was a “hole in the wall†gun store managed by a couple that kept a family of dogs inside and the smell was overpowering. I would look for an alternate location if I ever returned.
