Accurate documentation of gas amount. Stated truck had a full tank when in fact it had 1/16 of a tank. We returned it with half a tank and were charged 81.00. Felt blindsided.

They did not have the size we needed and didn't call until the day before and then when it was rebooked it was rebooked for an hour and 15 away for the same size and then when we called back to try to downsize they rebooked it for 3 hours away. Finally we made a new reservation and were able to get that size picked up.

Tomas MI got no instructions on how to pick it up before business hours, so had to wait an hour for the store to open. Then was given the uhaul on empty. I think most problems could have been the apps fault. It does not work well
Ian MYour business would pick up if you had better signage. Maybe put a large U-Haul banner on a box truck parked up front. You are hidden by the car wash

Flor CMember was late for his shift When I made the reservation, I asked about a trailer. He said he could set it up for me. When it came time to get my car on the trailer, he said, "I'm not certified, but I've seen people do it." I made it a few miles down the road before I almost lost my car off the back (one tire strap remaining and was loose; ratchet straps installed incorrectly). I had to have a coworker come help me get my car secured. I drove 1000 miles very paranoid.
Emily FUnknown to the rental agent. The truck had steering problems which occurred on the highway. It had a lot of play in the steering, which wasn't noticeable at low speed, but very noticeable out on the open highway. I would recommend that truck be seriously inspected so it doesn't fail and cause an accident

Rodolfo FThe first place I had selected was not open on 12/31/22 and UHAUL never contacted me to let me know this information like the messaging I received stated that it would. I called this location three times to confirm the reservation with no answer to the phone and a voice mail box that was full so I couldn't leave a message. The location was 2444 Veterans Blvd, Del Rio, TX 78840. I called on the day I was to pick up my equipment and again no answer to the call. I arrived at the destination and it was closed. I tried to use the uhaul help line but was on hold for 20 minutes so i used that time to drive to a new location in Del Rio and found the above member, who helped me get the equipment I needed and on my way. The person was very helpful and mentioned that the problem I had with the first location was common among their customers because they all stated the same problem. The place was never open and they could not complete their rental there. I was disappointed to hear this and also disappointed to hear that the previous location would get a commission just for the reservation. This is not good business for uhaul if this is true and a waste of money and a scam on the part of that business. The equipment was old and worn but not the fault of the business on that side. The equipment i rented was an enclosed trailer and it looked as though tree limbs and wet muddy grass had been hauled in it, which left dried mud on the door and ceiling. It was not overly dirty but I did some addition cleaning before loading my belonging into the trailer.

Brent DI was charged for fuel when they guy who told me to leave the vehicle said it was okay being at half. He said I would receive a receipt but didn't tell me I would be charged.

Isidro HFirst off, I was scheduled to pick up at 9am, wasn't able to get the trailer till the afternoon. Every time i would call, no one ever answered. Even upon returning, I called multiple times, no answer. I'm just lucky I didn't have any problems with the equipment, because I wouldn't have been able to get in contact with them. I love Uhaul, but will never do business with this location ever again
Thomas WPerson at two brothers where I was supposed to drop off wouldn't accept my trailer because his lot was too full. I went to Texas storage and the woman was very nice and helpful, if using uhaul in del rio I recommend Texas Storage .

DAVID HThe mobile check in needs lots of work. While I initially thought that would allow for the most streamlined experience, I quickly realized I was mistaken. I'm grateful that my pickup time coincided with open hours otherwise I would not have been able to pickup and secure my reservation. Even with assistance from an employee we couldn't figure out the issue and had to cancel and resubmit a new reservation in order to get me on my way. A 5 minute process turned into 45 mins. Ridiculous!!
Christina WGive the consumer a brochure or a proper breakdown of what they are purchasing. And make sure everything that is ordered is available in the uhaul.
Earle HI returned the uhaul on time and they never showed it in the system as returned. Therefore I was being charged overdue fees and causing lack of money in my bank account and still have not been refunded. Really screwed me over.
