when i arrived I had to stand outside and wait. Didn't have a problem with that because of the small space of the shop. Next, I get the keys to my vehicle and get inside the tire monitor signal is on the dash and wouldn't clear off the screen. I tried pressing all features on the steering wheel to get the alert off, it didn't work. Lastly, somehow i got to see the mileage on the van to display on the dash it was over 30 miles over the contract mileage that was on my contract. I had only driven 24miles but was charged for 54 miles. When I spoke with the owners in regards to the overcharge they stated they check their mileage on every vehicle upon return and would not issue a refund. The customer who was in front of me had the same issue at the time check out as well. Worst uhaul experience ever. Will not return.

Blaine VinsonThe truck smelled like cigarettes, and the staff charged me for 8 dollars because supposedly the gas was below, however I had the photos and I showed them as evidence that I had even left above, he returned only 5 dollars in cash and He said no, he wasn't going to give me anything back, I felt robbed.
Reinaldo PenalozaI was not thrilled to have my pickup moved further from my storage unit location. However, The Ammo Dump staff are friendly and experienced! They kept their cool and worked as quickly as possible on a very busy morning. I appreciated their kindness and expertise.
KIERSTEN STILINGThe location was great. The reduction in stars, however, results from the app being terrible. In a location mostly served by DIY pickup and drop-off, the app NEEDS to work! I wasted half an hour tying to use the app when picking up to only be told by online customer service to use the web version instead. When returning the truck, the app didn't appear to do anything so I just locked up and dropped the keys in the box and hoped for the best.

Evan LigonWe reserved an APPLIANCE DOLLY. We were given a regular dolly, and we didn't need that at all, not to mention we were charged for it as if it were an appliance dolly. It was extremely frustrating. AND, we were to utilize the "remote" U-haul check-in which was a complete disaster! We wanted to pick-up the truck between 7-7:30AM. We could not get the U-haul app to work, and wasted so much time trying to figure it out, that we decided to wait until the Ammo Dump opened at 9:00... But, that also took up a great deal of time with them, too. We couldn't even begin to drive off their parking lot until 10:00AM. This was a most disappointing experience and a terrible way to start out the big moving day!

Kevin TranthamThe parking lot was a bit difficult to navigate out of, there were large mounds of dirt we had to really tap hard on the gas petal to get over. Tire pressure was quite low on one of the tires. But the truck was clean, and it was easy to retrieve the key and drop back off. Location was only 10 minutes away from where we needed to be.
Danielle FairclothThis is the second van that I have rented from this location. Both of them have been filthy and had a terrible smell. The windshield on this one actually had a film on the inside. It looked like they took a dirty wet rag to wipe the glass. I had to clean it, just so that I could see to drive at night. The tire pressure warning light was on and when I asked the gentleman at the counter about it, he just said that they always stayed on and that U-Haul would not do anything about it. I had to rent a Penske truck between these two rentals and I know I will never use U-Haul again. Penske is way above and beyond.

Timothy SteinerThe gentleman that I dealt with at the counter was very nice, but the van itself was very dirty and smelled like someone had been smoking in it. For the money you charge, I would think they would at least be a little bit cleaner than that.
Jennifer WinninghamI did share that the "moms attic" must've had a hole due to the fact that my boxes that were placed there were wet upon arrival. We did drive about 3 hours in the rain. I felt it was unacceptable to have damaged boxes however the gentleman skipped over my comment and shared the computers weren't working properly and I was sent on my way after dropping off.
