The parking area was somewhat ambiguous, but there was ample room. There was an open shed, an open chain link gate to a private grassed area, a random plastic chair just sitting out, a propane BBQ, and some old wood scrap pile. I tried not to 'block access' any of these items, and I realize this is a secondary form of income that shares some space with what appears to be the primary unrelated business. The parking area was unmanned when I arrived. I parked the trailer and attempted to utilize the official U-HAUL app to submit pictures of the returned equipment, but it didn't allow uploads and it irreversibly returned the equipment without my being able to submit proof of the equipment returned in same condition as it was rented. This made me a tad uneasy thinking that the returned equipment could at any time be hooked up and towed off by any random person on the very busy road not 50 feet from where the trailer is parked. So now I feel like I am liable for what they claim to be a $6 000 trailer; even after I had returned it according to their instructions. An employee arrived as I was waiting on hold with U-HAUL to complain about the application not allowing me to submit proof of return. The employee/owner assured me that the rental was returned and there was nothing more to do. Since we were in Idaho, I took that as an oral contract and departed without waiting on hold for U-HAUL any longer. My main issue is with U-HAUL and their poorly implemented phone application. The return place was okay, but could use some general tidying up, and perhaps have some tire blocks handy so the trailer doesn't move. I found some old broken up concrete edging that I was able to utilize for this purpose, but it was circumstantial that I happened upon it laying around the parking area, and it was clearly not intended for this use, but I make do.
Shane FPicked up the unit and it was filthy! I had to spend $15 at a local car wash just to clean the windows and inside to make it even close to manageable to travel with a little comfort!! 11 miles until empty and the place I picked it up was as trailer trash as they come! Unbelievable to be honest! Then when it came time to pay he said I'll credit you $34 for 1/4 tank???? As if he knew what gas prices were where I was going???? Then when I returned it with over a 1/4 tank they had the ********* to charge my card $5,2????? For what??? Giving them a clean vehicle with more gas than was required??? This place is a joke! Not just where I picked it up but nationally!!! I've been a PROFESSIONAL business man for over 40 years and it's crazy how you guys get away with bullshit products and ***** up service! Makes me want to puke!! You guys ***** me for the last time! Good riddance!
Marty HIt was at a guy's house. Had no washer fluid, needed it on a sloppy day. Vehicle went down the road crooked and shook badly over 55mph.

Deana PThis location has moved. It's now several miles away. They don't have an indoor office and we stood outside in a rainstorm to sign papers. The truck ended up breaking down, because the wheel bearing feels out, so I feel that it wasn't well maintained.
Stephanie CThe truck was pretty dirty including the windshield, the gas was less than half full, there wasn’t a lock to use which we hadn’t been warned about, the truck’s USB charger was missing, and we werent made aware that when we booked it that the location wasn’t guaranteed.
