Amanda KI ordered a utility dolly, furniture dolly, and some furniture pads. Most uhaul locations I have used in the past have had these addons (if ordered) in the back of the truck waiting for the consumer. I figured this one would be the same but after arriving at my house to pack things up I saw none of these items but I was charged for them. I would like a refund for the items I did not receive.

Curtis HDon't be rude and talk to the customers like they're dumb. Include the dolly's the customer paid for with the truck instead of making the customer drive back to pick them up. Tell the customer about the $20 charge for dropping the truck off after hours before they agree to drop the truck off after hours
