Answer VM from customers, ensure rentals are ready when they are suppose to be with the proper equipment. Ensure equipment is clean and properly maintained.

Pick up process is excruciating. Instructions on step by step is inadequate. Information that is crucial is not stated up front. Fees are laughable. My complaint about the location… they tried to run my credit card without my permission for 498 dollars. There was no reason for this to be done. No explanation and they cannot be reached by phone.

Don't change things at the last minute. And I'm wondering why I am being taxed at the rental rate for mileage and insurance? I only RENTED the truck. The insurance and mileage were not rented. They should be taxed at the normal rates. The gentleman turned out to be a great person to work with. He did come down and assist with getting the keys and getting me on my way. Late but on the way.

Dropped off my 15' truck I drove from Florida. No one was there during regular business hours. I wanted to make sure my truck showed returned. For the next 6 DAYS I repeatedly called and left messages and never got a call back. I even went back to the location and once again no one was there. On day 6 I finally got an email confirming the truck had been returned. Never did hear from anyone. Poorest customer service ever.

Why did you went ahead to debit my card with $12,93 with out letting me know before you do. And for what purpose must you collect my money? Is that how you do business? That's dubious! If you know the way you collected my money from my card, better return the money back to my card. Your truck was on half tank on gas level and I dropped off the truck the same level of Gas. I don't see any reason why you must collect my money. Please and please send back my money.

Not a comment on improvement but a commendation on the staff. I arrived when there was a very difficult customer on the premise and the staff handled the situation very professionally with consideration to the rest of us customers.

We did the 24-hour rental option, so never actually dealt with anyone at this location. We did have a little trouble getting our key out of the combination lock. Thank goodness the guy from the neighboring business happened to come by, or I don't know what we would have done. We picked up our truck before the posted "closing time," but the place was dark and there was no one there when we got there.

I rented a dolly and a truck my original appointment was at 9 o'clock upside it got pushed to 10. The employee didn't get there at 10:20 proceeded to check in trucks that pushed us till almost 11 o'clock. I received my truck eager to get started. I check the back for my dolly no Dolly I was towed I had to find one at another location no assistance there basically told me good luck. I found the dolly at another location now it's 1130. Was it very convenient the truck was excellent. Thought I would receive a little compensation at least a free Dolly I did not little bit more coordination. I'm gonna give you guys another shot on 7 August same pick up location same items let's see how it goes.

We ordered a dolly and pads and neither were there. Location was closes so we couldn't get help. Also, the suspension on the truck was nonexistent.

I was transferred to three different locations before I was able to complete my reservation. Then when I go for my early pickup my dolly I rented wasn't available and the location owner never showed up to the business. Calling him he casually informed me he forgot to call me and let me know he had no dollies and just assumed U-Haul would refund me. Awful site to pickup and dropoff from as well. Also the app is an abysmal disgrace! Doesn't load well despite demanding location services and my drop off was miserable because of so many tiny features such as not allowing me to attach photos after taking them and the app just crashing or redirecting to the website to complete checkout. Honestly I'll probably never use U-Haul again.

The people inside the tattoo parlor acted really strange when I arrived to pick up the truck. They asked if I was lost.

I was charged 12,31 for some reason. I returned the vehicle with half a tank of gas like I was told, so I have no idea what the fee was for. I dropped the vehicle off around 5pm the day I rented it. It was unclear where to park.
