When I showed up for my pick up time nobody was there and I still had to wait 30 mins until the owner showed up. The inside of the truck was filled with broken glass and the brakes on the truck weren't working so well. Everytime I would go more than 60 miles per hour the truck would shake badly. I would suggest really taking care of your customers and maintaining the trucks clean and mechanically serviced.ana C.

Drop off box had no lock so I could not drop the vehicle off when I intended and told the drop off location would be after hours. In a recording they say they will contact you and leave a number for you to call. They suggest you text them. No reply and No call. Terrible service and terrible location. The place was closed and the drop off boxes were all broken. I spent about 2 hours on hold trying to talk to a real human being regarding the situation and what to do. It will serve you well to stop using this location as a drop off (an a pick up too) and staff your support phone lines better, to avoid having your customers spend 2 hours on hold standing in a street in a heat.Alex B.

I had an appointment at 4 to pick up. I arrived a few minutes early to find the location was closed. I called and the person in charge was out of town and was completely unaware of the pick up. I had to go back gone to wait for someone to rendezvous the keys, the do a virtual assessment over the phone. With all this I end up getting the truck over an hour later. I verify that I will still have the truck for 8 hours like I paid for, stating that since I didn't have the truck until 5 I should get it until 1. After agreeing, I get my contract to find it says I need to return at 12 (8 hours from the initial pick up time) after I already clarified. I will not use this location again.Hannah J.
